We enter on DR NEIL GOLDMAN, a psychiatrist. He is meeting with ALICE JOHNSON. They are in his office in Springwood.

Neil
Alice, have you gotten closure yet?

Alice
No, I haven't, I won't have closure until he's gone.

Neil
Alice, trust me, he's gone, Freddy won't be coming back, he's dead and buried

Alice
No, Freddy isn't dead.

Neil sits up and forces what she is saying out of his head.

Neil
You know that isn't true, and even if he were alive, he wouldn't know how to find you one way or the other.

Alice
He knows. He feels me.
