Scene Seven
Nancy is packing some things together. She is obviously leaving somewhere, but she isn't in the apartment we saw earlier, she is in her older one, the one she had in Nightmare 3. She looks over at her paper mache house that Kristin made and before she knows it, she is in front of the real house. She looks and sees Tina, dressed in a white dress with pigtails. Then she looks somewhere else and sees Glen and Rod, dressed in white slacks, and pressed Sunday shirts.
Tina
Nancy, I haven't seen you in so long.
Nancy
Tina.
Tina and Nancy hug each other. Nancy runs to Glen, and hugs him, and does the same to Rod.
Nancy
I've missed you all so much, but I had to leave, you guys know why.
Tina
You have to come back to Springwood, Nancy. You would be surprised at what you find out if you come back.
Nancy
I can't come back, I have nothing here. No mother, no father, no friends.
Glen
Nancy, you can't keep on shutting out the past, you have to face it. You have one person here, a person who loves you a lot. Neil.
Nancy obviously doesn't want to be reminded of Neil, we can see that it's very painful for her to think about it.
Glen[cont.]
Nancy, I loved you more then anything, but to Neil you are his everything, you have to come back Nancy.
Rod
You have to unlock the mystery.
Nancy
What mystery?
Rod
About why that fucker did this to us, about why we are forced to be in front of this house, about why we can't rest. There's a deeper mystery, but only Freddy knows it, and he won't let us know what it is. You have to unlock it.
Nancy[in tears]
I can't I don't have the strength.
Tina
Yes you do. Please Nancy, our souls are tired, we need rest. You have to help us.
Nancy
Ok Tina
