Lordy, Lordy ... guys in uniform ... might I say I had 2 visit me at work ... and while one I've known for years ... the other is slighly younger, actually likes dancing, is intelligent, good-looking ... and judging by the fact that he not only paid me a visit at work, but gave me his numbers .... it would seem he's interested. So the next free night I have, I've been invited to call him up. It's soooo tempting. I have not been this giddy over somebody for a long time. I miss this feeling. Oh and being in uniform was not the only highlight ... according to one co-worker she was tempted to go over and pinch his delighful looking ass ... Well my guys are not in the Grey Cup ... they lost to Toronto so now we have to root for either B.C. or Toronto.
My evening last night went well ... I've got a new B it seems ... same upper body type as another from a long time ago ... is that a good thing? Does it matter? I can't stop smiling when I see him and he seems to be interested in following this up ... so I think I'm going to be having some fun.
I also found out today that I've got an opportunity for some movie outings with somebody as well .... so just as school gets hectic before winding down, my social life picks up and gets interesting. Ah well ...... can't wait.
And yes coming first over sleeping for the first time ever really makes me feel good.

Saw a refelction of a pretty girl in an ebony marble wall today .... pretty eyes, mascara on those long lashes ... quirky little smile ... poised and confident .... was the reflection of me as I waited. Quite the shock I had.

Oh dear me ........ had you been there .... I would've be saved from the most awkward pick-up ever experienced ... and probably would've received the most unexpected full bodied hug and greeting kiss in your life. But alas .... instead I got asked to exchange numbers so he could practice his English and French skills ... and was offered the option of being his roomate since he was lonely. Riiiiiight.

Actuall it probably would have a few weeks/months earlier ... however now the sensation is more pleased and happy rather than the fluttering in the stomach at comments like those. It felt really nice, and I was missing those car-talk times ..... ahh yes ..... however being overly affectionate is still a big taboo I suppose ... however I will only follow what is presented to me so I don't get accused of being "attached".
Laughter and plenty of bloopers to keep us through the day for our host shooting, turned out to be much more fun that expected. Especially working on about 4hrs of sleep and only a latte and a hot chocolate for most of the day (after eating breakfast at 7 fucking AM!!). Some of the best bloopers ... the "Teazers" reference to the weird looking statue - and of course the affectionate strokings it received ... as well as adjusting the somewhat less than firm mic .... the interesting streeter responses ... those gawking guys at the "Mexican Retreat" advertisement on Ste Catherine's street ... being kicked out from the inside of the Xmas tree at Place Ville Marie ... yes security guards are never friendly when they are kicking you out of somewhere ... the whistling and honking during crutial host sign offs ... forgeting what year it is? ... was it really that long a shoot .... but all in all we had some great times ... and it turned out so much better than previously thought.
Onto Bru for a celebration of a birthday ... $21 bucks worth of drinks was my gift ... however don't be expecting the same amount of money per age every birthday ... 21 is special and therefore the $21 came into play ...... great conversation, great people ... and as always new ones to be introduced to, insult, and accept insults from ... the joking never ends really. The endless stories are always interesting whether the actual subjects are known to me or not. So I had a great evening and I thank you for including me. I will be taking that New Year's party bash invitation ... here's hoping I have an actual amazing one (so far I've been too pissed/depressed/stressed) to really enjoy them .... now should I start saving for my alcohol consumption of that night?

Got to help out at the shop (I'm such a good worker/slave...hehe) and drive the new car. Got all the way up to St Jerome, did some shopping, and made it home around 9pm ... almost a 12 hour day. But I got to drive the whole time ... I'm going to love using the expression "my car" ... soon .... so soon. ;-)
