DAWG'S DRY RUB FOR BBQ

Ingredients:


1/4 cup paprika
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. Garlic Powder (not garlic salt)
2 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper(more or less depending on taste)
2 tsp. onion powder

Meat:

Nobake says,"This is great on ribs and chicken, I prefer country style boneless ribs and skinless, boneless chicken breasts."

Directions:


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl then pour into a large brown paper bag.
Put meat pieces into bag and shake til coated,
NOTE: Due to health hazards from poultry products,shake ribs first then remove and shake chicken).
Place meat in a large container and cover, place in refrigerator 4-6 hours before grilling.
(Again, Keep chicken and other meats separated til cooking)
Take the remaining ingredients and mix in a shaker bottle with water, (or beer), but not too thin (I use a bbq sauce bottle with holes poked in the lid).
Grill as usual shaking the liquid mix on from time to time to keep the meat from drying out.
Note; I've been using this for years and trust me there will be no leftovers, lol.
