I, in Jesus name, was the most analytical, critical, naturally-minded perceptive person I knew. I thought I was being like God, but it was constructed by me!
Lay down your pride & don't be wise in your own estimation. Although you may know the truth thoroughly, if you are not effective for God, throw away your pride & surrender your self to Him.
My mistake was receiving from God only through MY dicernment, MY analysis, MY spirituality, & MY judgement- which was clouded.

Previously, if you had walked through the museum of my mind you could have bowed & worshipped at the shrine of my spiritually intricate trains of theological thought. But walking through those hallways didn't make me an effective Christian person.
God uses foolish things to confound the wise.
Sometimes He uses what is objectionable to us "smarter" people. The Pharisees objected to the Lord of All!
God will revive many, but will we receive it if He chooses to do it in a way that we don't want Him to use? Get this: If the thing God uses makes you fulfill the greatest commandments (Love God with all your strenth & your neighbor as yourself), then it is definitely of God and you'd better let your pride fall.
