One time God pointed my attention to someone and asked, "How would you feel if when you got to heaven, that person wasn't there?"
Of course I wanted to avoid the thought and the feelings that accompanied it. Worse yet, I wondered if I would truly take it to heart and adjust my actions or if I would just use it as a hypothetical story to relay to you here. It was a struggle.
We like to keep ourselves in controlled settings. But God need us to learn how to do well in non-controlled settings. Do you know why? Because the whole world is a non-controlled setting. Many who were used of God in the Bible were skilled at speaking & acting in non-controlled settings.
On this battlefield is where the unsung saint such as yourself wins or loses the entire cause of Christ.
