Memberships are due and payable by May 1st. After this date, unpaid
balances will be subject to a Finance Charge of 1 1/2% per month. This
is an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18%. We do not pro-rate memberships and
all memberships are non-refundable. Checks may be made payable to:
Good-Hamel, Inc. or Springbrook Golf Club.
