Flying Foxes and Microbats

Keira was my first baby flying fox. She was orphaned on power lines for 4 days before being rescued. She is flying the skies now (I hope)

This was her "playground" when she was a little older. She liked to hang around here, and observe all that was happening in the house.

This is her when she went to the creche aviary just before release.

Daisy was an adult who came in injured. She hadn't been in care for too long before this photo was taken. Just goes to show the level of trust these animals develop with us.
