*He Cares*

As my friend reaches across the miles
My heart glows with such joy
For he has touched it in a way
No others can enjoy.
For he has given to me
A treasure oh so rare
from his heart he gave me
the knowledge to know he cares.

~*~The Sweet Teenage Years~*~

My how your years have passed,
As you stand there looking in that glass.
Your not that little girl anymore.
Your a beautiful young woman,
getting ready to walk out the door.
Dolls are safely tucked away.
They are just memories of your yesterdays.
and ribbons and bows no longer adorn your hair.
You picked a style all your own.
From your oversized clothes,
To your hair with a flair.
To your attitude like you have not a care.
As I stand here on the side,
and watch you in that mirrow.
Tears silently touch my eyes,
so I turn my head so you do not see me cry.
How I wish I was there for all those years.
From your first word to your first step.
To your first hug around your mommy's neck.
I wish I had been there for all of these.
The way all mommy's are suspose to be.
But as I turn and see you looking in that mirrow.
With that smile on your face,
and that twinkle in your eyes.
I know my being there would of made little difference.
Because you are who you are and who you were meant to be.
You would of done that even with me.

The Future

As we step forward into our tomorrow´s
We are leaving the past behind
And as we travel along the way
I know we will do just fine.
I have not not taken this lightly
on where we are to go.
It's just that I am taking my time
I don't want to rush this so.
We have our future ahead of us
No backward steps we'll take
for tomorrow is what we are living for
as we make the best of our todays.
So now hand and hand on the steps of our future
Together we will go
not looking neither left nor right
for only our future is in our sight.
Now on the threshold of our tomorrows
Darling I want you to know
That I only want my future with you
and that I love you so.

The Razor

So sharpened was the razor that
halted a fly to perch on it;
Wings might be broken or body splited.
When the time comes, there shall be rust,
The moment the smith is aging;
And the moment his days are numbered.
The fly is ever ready to suck the juicy smith.

*The Edge*

I walk along the jagged edge
Gripping tightly with my feet,
As the earth slips away
I feel myself falling
Into my own grave.
The world is turning fast
I'm sinking within the muck
reaching out
tring to grasp
The light is gone
darkness overtakes me
deep
down
cold
silent
and
alone.

*My Little One*

If I would of known years ago
when you came into my life,
that our home would not always be
Or that you would one day,
find it hard to cope
with the things we brought your way.
If I had known,
it would be this way,
and our world was to fall apart.
I could of saved you
from your little broken heart.
But mommy did not see
what the future held
when I held you in my arms so tight,
not wanting to let go.
If I'd known,
I would of saved you from this,
now as tears fall from my eyes,
what can I do.
Tomorrow I will call a place
to see if we can get help for you
to deal with our mistakes.
and surley as there is a God above
in the heavens on high.
I will be here my littleone
forever by your side

*Silent Whispers*

Silent whispers from the trees
As the wind scrapes across the top of the leaves
Howls from within the dark forest
Eyes glistening hidden within
Footprints appear in the wet sand
And disappear as they appeared
Full moon shinning above the draped trees

On word you walk
Deeper and deeper into the dark forest
Every sound is ten times louder
Wind becomes cold as ice hitting against you
Crunching sound from your feet
Become like beating hooves on the ground
Every sound ten times louder
Your eyes widen from fright
Goose bumps appear on your arm

Walking faster and faster
Faster and faster
Till your in a full run
Running for you life
Howls, cries, eyes
There all after you

Running as fast as you can
You trip and fall
And cant get up
Tears enter your eyes
And roll down your face
Covering your head from all the sounds
Ten times louder
Howling, cries, eyes
There after you

Then there's silence
Nothing to be heard
Nothing to be seen
Lifting your head slowly
Seeing a figure standing there beside you
And saying "Fear not for I am with you"
And disappears as quick as it came…
