UPDATE 2008!!... I'm B-A-A-A-A-C-K !!!!!
I haven't been here in quite some time but, a conversation with my oldest son got me in here looking for some of my stuff to show him and I think I'm getting the itch to add to "the pile". I have some new things I've written and some old ideas I need to finish. I don't know how soon but, I'm going to give it a shot...... so, stay tuned.
About me (2008) - Well, I'm a little older now. 61 last January! and things are starting to fall apart. They yanked out a kidney last October. The Doc just didn't like the way it looked. Going for ANOTHER hearing test Thursday... ( What? ) heheheh.... and a glaucoma test some time next month. Just had another CT scan for the kidney and will talk to the Doc about the results Wednesday so, it looks like my dance card is pretty well filled up.
I'll get back here as soon as I can...... Promise!!

Hello! I'm setup. I was also BUZZ a long time ago.. (sigh) but, no more.
Welcome to my homepage.
If you've been here before, you'll notice that I've streamlined it a bit.
I'm still using this page to display things I have written and things I like that others have written.
But, I've gotten rid of most of the "About me" garbage. It even made ME yawn!!
AND... to make it a little easier to get around, I've put all my page links right here on page 1.
It is my hope that you find something here that touches you.
VERY Little About Me
I have been on the internet since November, 1996.
I work for the Department of the Army.
My hobbies are reading, writing, collecting records and playing guitar.
I have two sons and two daughters.
I love Corvettes, Cadillacs and red-haired women!!
My musical preferences cover ALMOST all genres. I grew up on older country
(Hank Williams, Patsy Cline...etc.) and 50's and 60's Rock 'n' Roll.
My favorite Rock 'n' Rollers are Elvis, the Beatles, Rick Nelson, Brenda Lee,
The Everly Brothers and Linda Ronstadt. I also enjoy instrumental jazz,
(primarily brass and woodwinds) and most classical pieces...in quiet moments,
if there is such a thing with two teenage boys in the house !!!
Lastly, I must include singer/songwriter Paul Williams...his lyrics and melodies
were instrumental (no pun intended) in carrying me through an extremely
timultuous chapter in my life...... for that I am eternally indebted.
THANK YOU, MISTER WILLIAMS !!!
