Here is some info on our Motorcycles

Honda Motorcycle page

Our bike is a '96 Honda Shadow VLX 600. A really nice beginers bike which is what we are. The gas milage is great, usually around 50mpg, she's lightweight, under 600 pounds, and brand new they are cheap, around $5000. We bought ours used with around 8000 miles already on it. Now there is around 15,500 miles on the bike. I can't say for sure because I had to replace the speedometer because I hit a deer, more on that later. We have started to customize the bike a little, we've added extra brake lights which used to be blinkers off of a Harley, and we have gotten a new seat from Mustang Seats, what else? {: When I can borrow my buddy's digital camera again I'll get some shots of the bike and put them up here.

We have reciently bought a new Kawasaki Concours. The bike's original name was "The Beast" for it's big size and because of it's color, however, after the Feast in the East we decided to rename it to "Falkor."  The name comes from the luck dragon from the book The Neverending Story.  We hope that it is lucky. We have added a Givi trunk for more space and bought a couple of bags to put in the saddle bags.  The next step is to buy some sort of communication system and to hook up a CB.
