the dracon helix


the fundamental divide between black
and white, a spiral helix intertwined around
the inequities of human faith, history being
a marker for the veiled boundary lines seldom
crossed by the vigilant, abysmal vortex dwellers
lost of anonymity, diamonds in the afterlife
tarnished with silver, reverse alchemy for
making lead from gold, a multitude of ones and zeroes
to delegate such binary corruption, ornery demons
drowning in riptides of holy water, the eclectic
queen bee that pollenates every flower petal...thorns
each rose with diligence...scatters every drop
of nectar across the plain, shards of a mirror of fractal
disconnections, unfathomable dreams of
self-implosion to whisk away every last shred of innocence
