Emma's new area rug arrived today. And today is also my birthday! Woo-hoo!! Isn't it cute?!
Here are some new photos of Emma's room!...
 Well, I finally got the pictures in the painted frames. Taking this photo was hard with all the glare, so I had to take it outside on the patio. How cute are they?! My husband bought them on eBay, but we're still waiting to receive one more of a cute little American boy and a Chinese girl (brother & sister) in the tub together, kissing! This cute t-shirt I had made for Todd, and I will give it to him after we get our baby girl, Emma....
 I bought this beautiful Chinese bracelet for our daughter-to-be's Godmother, and, of course, one for the dear mother....ME!!
 And, Emma's first pair of gold ball earrings from Dunkin's Diamonds....
 Well, so now we have frames! And what a cheap way of doing it! Well, maybe not so cheap after we bought the paint. We bought 5 frames from the Dollar Store and 4 cans of spray-paint at Wal-Mart, and sprayed them to match Emma's room colors. So, now I will put some really cute pictures in them that Daddy bought from eBay. I will put them together tomorrow.
Today, Emma's bedding arrived and it's just absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to put it on her "big girl" bed, but that will be in a few years. I was just afraid that by the time I wanted it, it would have been a discontinued item.
 And check out the size of that border! My gosh....that would cover my whole house, LOL! I need to find someone to cut that bad boy in half as we will have an extra roll as well. But we're still missing a few rolls so therefore we can't do anything with it until they arrive, too.
 ....No peeking behind the door yet as Daddy has some of his weights in there and to me, it looks sloppy. The doll on the door did come with DARK YELLOW hair, but that couldn't be, she needs to look Chinese. So, I took a black marker and kind of painted it - looks good, huh? The walls are done, just waiting for that crib to come out of the attic in November. That's when all the Christmas stuff comes down, and the crib will once again see daylight....LOL! Ok, I can't help myself, here is ONE wall to be viewed.
 Well, well, how do you like? She has two shades of pink in her room and this wall is the darker pink, the other three are lighter, so you can picture that in your head! I couldn't help but to take a picture of her "Ladybug" outfits. Aren't they cute?! They come in many sizes to grow into.
My Mother and I went shopping today looking for wall border for Emma's nursery and had no luck at all. No one in town had wall border, it's all wallpaper. And so I called my husband up and told him we need to open up a shop somewhere and carry wall border, especially for children. However, I did find these two outfits and couldn't pass them up! At $5 a pop, that's a deal! Here they are....
 And here's a picture of a cute baby doll I found at Sam's Club on August 25th, 2006. It has Emma's name on it, isn't it the cutest?!
