Phoebe Halliwell
Phoebe...Beautiful isn't she? Phoebe was a girl who when they first found out
about their new powers well she wasn't ready for them. She was a wild woman who
was always having a good time regardless of who it was she hurt or stepped on.
But boy oh boy has she come a long way!
She has become a wonderful woman. She is a person who everyone feels wonderful
around. I mean in order to get a demon to love you? Without trying? That is a
power in itself!! She is caring and loving.
She is married to Cole who was Balthazar (demon) Gave up his powers to be with
her..then somehow became the source of all evil. they have come a long way as a
couple. Now Cole was vanquished by the charmed ones and is in demon hell..You'll
have to watch to see what's really going on it is just way to big of a story for
a gal to write here..lol
Phoebe has the power of premonitions (seeing the future) and levitation
(floating) She does not use the levitation often but her premonitions are used
often.
She has also this season developed the Empath power and is really starting to piss off her sisters lol
