Bob Chapman of the International Forecaster, said in an inter view with Erskine on his GCN radio show, that draft legislation may be passed as early as Jan or Feb 05 and then they will begin drafting immediately males & females 18 to 34 or possibly even up to 49 years of age, depending on which bill passes. The latest activation will be June 15, 2005. The Democrats are also pushing this legislation.

Bob has offered to assist those who contact him and is already getting about 50 to 100 requests a week from those who want assistance in getting to a safe haven. (see below)

On another program one woman was worried that her 24 yr. old daughter and her fiance who were planning to be married in June, would both be drafted and sent to Iraq. She also feared one or both might never return alive

TROUBLE IN THE LAND

The govt. is having a heck of a time trying to trace youths to fill the draft quotas, as the generation of 18 to 26 year olds is very mobile, and move a lot without leaving any forwarding address. Many have not bothered to register for the draft that is coming.

There are now 12 variations of bills in the congress that will make at least a 2 yr. National Service, stint. mandatory for 18 to 34 year olds INCLUDING WOMEN, some will be sent overseas, and may never come home. Some bills start at age 15 (for community service)and go to 49 yrs. of age. This all was funded six months ago to revive draft boards. Some bills are not doing well so far* but it only takes one of the 12 to pass and we have a draft.

Conscious Objectors will be made to do civic duties in their last 2 yrs. of High School working picking up trash 2-4 hours a day for no pay, or to act as unpaid informers on their family and neighbours (they may even use them, as they have in the past, to test their chemical or bacteriological weapons on.)

The govt. has assigned IRS agents to track these young people down. Most don?t know that the IRS is NOT AN AGENCY OF THE US GOVT. You only have to give your name, THEN ASK FOR HIS NAME.
The agents are out of Puerto Rico; it says so on the back of his ID card. Ask to see the back (He will not show it to you.).
You can ask an agent if he has a letter from ? The Sectary of the US Treasury?, permitting him to operate outside of his area of jurisdiction.

Ask him if he is standing on a military base? Assure him that you are more than 10 miles from Wash. D. C. or a military base (he is allowed jurisdiction up to 10 mi. from Wash. D.C. , or from a military base or Port of Entry etc.) only.
Probably the IRS regulations forbid agents from acting as mere:?skip-tracers?, but they are being pressed into doing that service.

During the Vietnam War many young people fled to Canada to avoid military service. Canada is out now, because Canada has said they will return such as these to the US Govt. custody.

No Social Security number ?

One cannot be drafted without a SS #

There are persons who have with difficulty avoided having a SS# assigned to them who have been refused by the military. (www.nossn.com)
If you have a ss# you can claim you do not, or can legally refuse to give it as The Privacy Act of 1974 clearly states.
By far the most significant Federal law regulating the uses that may be made of social security numbers is the "Privacy Act of 1974" (Pub. L. 93-579, Section 7). The Privacy Act clearly "regulates" the use of social security numbers by federal, state, and local government agencies. Section 7 of the Act states:
''(a)(1) It shall be unlawful for any Federal, State or local government agency to deny to any individual any right, benefit, or privilege provided by law because of such individual's refusal to disclose his social security account number.
and, ''(b) Any Federal, State, or local government agency which requests an individual to disclose his social security account number shall inform that individual whether that disclosure is mandatory or voluntary, by what statutory or other authority such number is solicited, and what uses will be made of it.'' An adjacent section of the Privacy Act found at 7(a)(2) states: '(a)(2) [The] provisions of paragraph (1) of this subsection shall not apply with respect to... any disclosure which is required by Federal statute...? If they actually get you down to the recruiting centre, and they have you all lined up in a rows and the person in charge says '?everyone take one step forward??, DON?T.
If you step forward you are volunteering. You have been tricked into volunteering.

One fellow was still standing there after all the others left the room, he stood there until close up time, they told him he should go home but was not told to come back.
