While at my little sisters
Birthday Party at Wolves. The community officer revealed that if Wolves
would have gone up, VIRGIN would have been our new sponsor. This is
because while in the Bahamas Sir Jack palled up with Richard Branson! It
would've been a great deal for Wolves, but I'm not sure weather id like
wearing VIRGIN across my front!!!

It was reported in the Daily Mail (never usually believe anything in that rag) that Robbie Keane, wants to come back home as Leeds have gotta get rid of £1billions worth of players. I can confirm that is the case, I work for a company that is owned by the Yorkshire Post so I've ears in the Leeds camp and he did actually state that, providing we go up. I heard that Wolves have got 5 players lined up for the summer, Jason Koumas who was told about the transfer by his agent when he went to the Albion for talks, Damien Duff is interested in joining Wolves but only if Blackburn go down, John Curtis could be making a switch in the summer after Blackburn rejected a loan move, Ben Thatcher and his Spurs team mate Matthew Etherington are interested in joining Wolves as a pair this is thought to be costing Wolves £5 million. I've heard rumors that
Newcastle's Wayne Quinn and Spurs Leonhardsen is on the move to Wolves,

I have heard a rumor that
Telewest Broadband (formerley Telewest Communications) could be interested
in extending it partnership with Wolves and taking over the role of main
sponsor from Good Year who finish their contract at the season. The
company which is going through a re-brand at the moment as well as
investing several millions in new marketing campaigns is looking as
sending some of this money Wolves way. The company already has close
links to Wolves through sponsoring the clubs family stand, stewards and
community projects alongside providing communication services to the club.
Telewest are trying to creat more awareness of their brand name at the
moment as well as promote their new name and services. Anyone attending
Sundays game will have seen the company have already taken out extra
advertising space within the ground. Telewest are said to
favour Wolves over other WestMidlands Clubs in their Midlands franchise
are such as B'ham, Coventry, Walsall and Baggies as they the company
already have a good partnership with Wolves and a good working
relationship with a certain Mr. Jez Moxey (Haven't mentioned Villa as they
are sponsored by NTL the UK's other cable company who own over 9% of the
club). There is also the fact Telewest see Wolves like themselves fast
growing and going places due to the clubs popularity and impressive
performance this season.
Stefan Selakovic is the name
of the swedish international, very Highly rated player, and plays up front
or attacking midfield right.
James Beattie wants to link up
with his old manager and is unsettled. A source at the club says that the
only stumbling block are his wage demands but he is willing to take a pay
reduction in order to link up with Jonesy.

A mate of mine has heard that
the mystery striker that we are after for £2.5 million is non other than Frederick
Kanoute of West Ham United.
Hi mate just thought you would
like to know that I know who we are buying Alex Rae, Jason Koumas but my source
at wolves would not tell me the other. The deal will be finalised in the
next few days or the week at the most. The other player we have made a bid
for was around £1 million. He thinks that they will be extremely good
signings and there will be about 6 new faces at Wolves at the end of the
close season. We are also after a Dutch keeper, and are currently
looking at a few players in Norway but there is only 1 players they are closely
considering but I do not know the name. My friend also told me that
there is about 10 to 15 million pounds to spare but the manager has to get
rid of 4 players as well or this money will not all be available. There are
a number who Dave does not want as you well know.
I thought you might be
interested in some transfer rumours I have heard today, we are supposed to
be chasing JASON KOUMAS from Tranmere and TOMMY MILLER from Hartlepool who
apparently scored 20 goals from midfield this season.
I hear on the grapevine that
Graham Kavanagh from Stoke is on his way To Molineux. Wolves are looking at ANDY
BURGES of Rushden Diamonds and Kevin Gallager of Newcastle.
On the subject of transfer
rumours Chris Marsden was seen yesterday along with Marian Pahars have lunch
with their former manager Dave Jones in a well known Restaurant in
Wolverhampton last week by a friend. To back this up a Saints friend of mine
claims that Pahars wants to link up with the man who brought him to this
country and has played his last game for the club!!!!!
Kevin Kilbane is apparently a
possible target - the Sunderland fans don't really like him - also David
Burrows. Good or bad I don't know what it would do for the club.
I've Heard from a good source but hope it is not true that Spurs are looking at Adam Proudlock! Hednesford Wolf.
