RELAXATION / INTEGRATION MASSAGE

As with any massage, the practitioner creates the style. I will be using both the stimulating Swedish “muscle kneading” technique along with allowing an energetic connection; however, my style emphasizes the Esalen traditional long-oiled strokes, punctuated with deeper specific work, passive joint movement, and pauses which allow my client’s mind to become aware of and integrate the changes in their body…and feel very relaxed!

HOT STONE MASSAGE

 A massage that uses deep-penetrating heated stones and energetic connection to

bring about balance and healing. (not sure whey this spaced this way?)
