"What's that? I mean you two want some fashion tips or what?" she joked.
"Please. You need some tips on fashion," JC countered.
Latoya stuck her tongue at him. "Shut up. I'm doing pretty well if I say so myself."
"Yeah." Justin gulped. "See we love you," he started.
"Uh-oh," she frowned. "What's wrong? You need a kidney?" She looked back and forth between the married couple, waiting to hear the bad news.
"No, no, no, it's nothing like that. We're not sick."
"Then what is it? Cause you're freaking me out here." The pharmacist panicked.
"I'm going to get to that if you quit cutting me off."
"Well if you cut the damn suspense, you wouldn't have to worry about me cutting you off," she replied.
"Damn you and your mouth," Justin cursed.
Latoya smiled knowingly. "So what's up?" She folded her arms and crossed her long legs.
"Well see, me and Justin love each other very much," JC began.
"I know. That's why you are married. I was at the wedding, if you do recall. I was the sexiest thing there in the maid of honor's dress," she winked.
The two sat across from her on the couch and inched closer to the woman. "We remember," they said together.
"Yeah those were fun times," she reminisced.
"Yeah they were. See you were and are very special and important in our lives. These five years with you in our lives have been the highlight of our lives." Justin said.
"Oh shit, Justin if you weren't gay and married, I'd fuck you right here on the couch," she grinned. The two men laughed along with her.
"Just kidding. I'm a lady. I'd bring you to at least a bed, darling," she drawled.
"See that's another thing that we love about you, your sense of humor. We love you so much and we want... Well see we want-" JC broke off.
"-Oh lord, you guys are prescription addicts! I love you two to death but I'm not going to be your supplier. We can get help you know. I know a couple of support groups and centers," she babbled excitedly.
"Damn it we are not junkies! Stop jumping to conclusions! Just sit there and listen," Justin ordered. "See, what JC was trying so eloquently to say was that we want to have a baby."
"Oh." She didn't know how to break it to them. "Well no amount of drugs in the world is going to help either one of you get pregnant." The men gawked at her. "Just kidding, I'm so happy you two decide to take the next step!" She moved to hug both of them, which they returned wholeheartedly. She beamed from ear to ear, "I'm going to be a God Mommy!"
"Heh, not quite," Justin looked down into his lap.
"What then? Auntie?"
"Nope. See we talked to both of our families and they agree and we want you to be... Well see be..." JC couldn't quite get it out.
"We want you to be Mommy." Justin finished for his stuttering partner.
"Of what?" she blinked.
"We want you to have our baby," JC finally got a full sentence out.
