Objectives

1. To put people interested in Renewable Energy in touch with each other;

2. To assemble expertise in renewable energy technologies and conduct training in the necessary skills;

3. To acquire property to demonstrate renewable energy and/or a mobile exhibition van;

4. To hold annual shows and demonstrations, such as at the Wimborne Folk Festival;

5. To devise finance for installing renewable energy;

6. To buy apparatus in bulk for members to reduce the price;

7. To publish a Journal/ run a Website;

8. To encourage an increase in the amount of renewable energy of all kinds in the area.

9. To campaign for carbon credits to be paid to small solar users.

Government grants for solar installations above 500 watts.
