Actually, with the right setup you could take hypertext to the bathtub. All you need is the right connection and power strips. There are already phones in the shower... hypertext cannot be that far off.

     The only problem I can see is the occassional accident that might claim a few lives. Given America's perpensity to write off a few lives here and there (Japanease Internment Camps, Native American reservations, etc.), I don't think people will care unless it happens to them.
