New shows are posted. A lot has been happening. Mike broke his pinky in the pit at the Daughters show so it has hindered his playing ability. He is almost ready to play to his full stature. We have a few new songs which are near completion. And a couple more in the begining stages. We hope to record a six song demo to replace our current demo which is out dated. We'll keep you posted if anything changes.

Well it's been awhile since our site has been updated. We are still going strong. Our show in New York went of without a hitch, our best show yet. The bands out there were great and we had a great time playing there. The people were great too. They all wanted to give us food and help us with out gear. I'd like to thank all the bands, we really felt welcomed. OK now for the news. We have just confirmed a show I believe for July 26 at Worcester Artist Group(more info on the shows page). We also might be playing another show in New York.Well I'm not so sure how much I am going to be able to update the site. Shawn has been working a lot lately so he is also too busy. I'll keep you posted.

We will not be playing Exposure. Some fuckface booked on a Sunday, on Mother's Day, and jacked up the price to $15. That means nobody wants to buy a ticket. Nobody wants to go. So fuck that. Trance Buddha is shut down for good, meaning Trance Mayhem will need to be postpone and rescheduled while we look for a new venue. If anyone knows a venue that we could book at get in touch with us as soon as possible. Until then. Have a bad day. We are.

We'll be co-headlining "Saturday Blashphemy II" with brutal deathgrinders Dysentery in Lexington on 3/1/03. Check the shows page for details. We're also finishing up writing for our first full length album that we'll be recording some time next month. Keep on the lookout. We still have yet to secure a permanent guitarist and bassist. Andy has been an invaluable asset to the band, but alas it is now time for him to part ways to allow him to explore other areas in the wide spectrum that is music. Hello everyone. Welcome to the brand new Yin Yang Contrast Official Website. After a long month's break we are finally back together and getting things moving. The plans for the ISP split have been cancelled, but a split with brutal deathgrinders Dysentery should be out within a few months. And now for our 2 biggest pieces of news. First off, we will be opening a benefit show for the Salvation Army at the Trance Buddha on Jan.4, 2003. We're on at 2:00PM, so don't oversleep. On that same day we will be selling our long awaited debut 4-song Demo. It will be $3, and a portion of the proceeds will also go to the SA. So come out and support!!! -SM
