Bottles:

As Young Link, go to Zora's Domain. After getting the Silver Scale, dive underwater and swim through Lake Hylia's secret entrance, and you will find a bottle with a note in it.

Go to Lon Lon Ranch as Young Link, and go through the first door on the left. Talon will be sleeping, so wake him up. Talk to him, and play his Super Cucco Game. Find all the Super Cuccos and you will win a bottle full of Lon Lon Milk!
Easy way to do this is to throw all the chickens into the corner where the stairs are,then play the game and pick out them easily!

In Kakariko Village, talk to the Cucco Lady as Young Link. She will tell you about her escaped cuccos, and she'll ask you to gather them for her. Find all 10 of the cuccos, put them in the pen, and you will get an empty bottle.

Give 10 big poes to the poe collector in Hyrule village enterance to get your last bottle!
