Welcome to my Master lock cracking site!  My name is Stephen and I made this site because I was bored and felt like sharing the information.  This site will teach you how to crack most 'Master' brand locks very easily.  My memory isn't the greatest so I this comes in real handy when I forget my combination.  Don't misuse this information!

Cracking a Master lock involves finding the third number, then using that number to find the first and second numbers.  For each step of cracking the lock I have provided two methods.

When you are learning to crack a Master lock I recommend you practice on a lock you already know the combination to.  Alternatively you can try to find a friend willing to let you try on his/her lock.  Hey, you'll crack their lock sooner or later just to screw around with them, right?  Once you master the technique, try opening locks with combinations you don't know.

Below is a list of terms one must be familiar with.

Shackle:

The U-shaped bar on the lock

Body:

The circular part of the lock the bar is attached to

Dial:

That part of the lock you rotate to enter the combination

Right Turn:

Clockwise turn

Left Turn:

Counterclockwise turn

Just in case you've forgotten, here's how you open a lock when you know the combination:
1: Turn the dial right to the first number
2: Turn the dial left, passing the second number once, then stopping at it the next time
3: Turn the dial right to the third number
