Colors Cards:
We know how confusing and frustrating it is to try to figure out what colors
of what yarn/thread that are available. The most comprehensive color card available is the DMC
color cards that covers many of the DMC products. If you are trying to match something but don't
have a color card, please feel free also to send scraps of fabrics or threads that
you need to match when ordering any of the yarn or threads, and we'll pick the
closest matching color for you.
DMC Printed Color Card: 2008 Edition (latest available) includes 454 solid and 18 variegated colors. The printed color card is 12 pages printed in brilliant colors and laminated for durability. The pages opens wide to 6 pages display every color family simultaneously (8 1/2" x 11 1/2" opens to 11 1/2" x 49 1/2"), with detailed notations of which product the color is available in. The printing are true to the colors when I compare them to the actual floss, but you will not be able to see the full difference in textures. A numerical listing of color helps you locate it in the 29 columns easily. The back is not wasted either. Detailed descriptions, color count and washing instructions are included for every type of floss listed.
