The Bay State Band, Frank J. Noonan, Director, is comprised of some of the finest musicians in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Originally formed October 3, 1920 by Manuel Viera of New Bedford. MA, our 20-25 piece Parade Band plays the traditional military marches of John Philip Sousa, R. B. Hall, Henry Fillmore, and George M. Cohan (to mention a few). Bay State's 20-35 piece Concert Band plays a spirited variety of contemporary and standard selections -- tailored to your audience.
