Dominick Daniell Guerra Lopez
DOMINICK DANIELL GUERRA LOPEZ, age 3, Born on August 30, 1999, in Denver, Colorado, returned to his home in heaven on November 29, 2002 at Children’s Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
Dominick will always be in the heart and mind of his family. Dominick, Destiny and Damian were known fondly as the three Musketeers by the family, because of their numerous adventures and comical antics.
Dominick was the recipient of a Heart Transplant on October 26, 2002, however, as a result of an unknown infection, his system rejected the heart. He was a very brave little boy, who fought a tough fight to survive. But Dominick always knew his home was not here and that someday he would go home to his father in heaven. On Mother’s day 2002, he informed his family that he was tired and wanted to go home. When asked where his home was, he informed his family that “his home was in the stars. “ Dominick had a special mission here and he touched many people during his short time. No one who knew Dominick will ever be the same. On November 29, 2002, there was seen and recorded a Meteor shower, which occurred about the time that Dominick became totally reliant on artificial life support systems.

Dominick fue el recipiente de un transplante de corazon el 26 de Octubre 2002, pero por motivo de una infeccion seria, sus sistema rechazo el corazon. Dominick fue un ninito con mucho coraje y lucho mucho para vivir. Dominick siempre sabia que su casa no era aqui y que algun dia iba a regresar a su padre en los cielos. En el dia de Madre 2002, el informo a su familia, que ya estaba cansado y queria ir a su casa. Cuando le preguntaron donde es su casa, el respondio que “que su casa estaba arriba donde estan las estrellas”.
Dominick tuve un mision muy especial aca y toco mucha gente durante su corta vida. Nadie quien conocio a Dominick va ser lo mismo. En el dia 29 de noviembre 2002, habian visto y recordado una lluvia de meteoro casi al mismo tiempo que la vida de Dominick fue completamente sostenido por systemas de apoyo de la vida.
