Netiquette
(Net + Etiquette) is very important when using
the Internet. Some example guidelines are:
Always put a subject line to
your message
Include your signature at
the bottom of an e-mail
Do Not use all capitals as
it is considered SHOUTING. Use
*asterisks* to highlight a word or phase.
Be careful when using
sarcasm and humor since without the usual
facial clues to add meaning to what is
written, it is very easy for
misunderstandings to occur.
Be professional and careful
when writing about others. Email is
easily forwarded.
