Clad all in emerald green, Yulia's red curls are what most folk notice first. Her voice is usually second. Rich with feeling and a vibrancy that outstrips even the color of her garments, her voice alone fills people with a warmth which is reflected in how they recieve her. Accompanied by seven companions she endeavors to end the tyrrany of those who impose their will on others and to lift the spirits of those who have been forced to live beneath their oppression.

Deeply entrenched in the cruelty with which she was instructed, Viera was given instructions to make her way east and prove herself by forming a cult of faithful. Devoted to her goddess and familiar with her wroth, Viera did as instructed.
