First, find a binder, at least 1 inch thick, you'll be suprised how much it will grow over time. I fill mine with clear page protectors to slip my copies into to keep them from getting ripped or crumpled. Also while your working it's nice to be able to set your tools near by or even on your book and not get anything wet or stained.
I suggest creating your own index, listing the things included in your book as your first page (with the eception of possibly a picture or title page.) Keep in mind you may want to share this book or pass it on someday, so include information on your craft, as well as the things you use. I start mine with what wicca and witchcraft is, what magick is and how to practice it. I have a section on the elements and directions, then I go into the essentials that I need to preform spells and rituals. Then onto my actual spells and rituals. Next is the Wheel of the Year and Sabbats. Keep in mind year after year, the same ritual can be mundane, so include several rituals for the same Sabbat. I also have a end section containing exercises for visualization, relaxing, projecton and meditaion. You could do a section for each item as you find more information on them. These are just the basics, there are many things to include. It is up to you what they will be.
