Stretching The Truth

My brother likes to tell TALL tails when he goes hunting and he always does. So one morning the two of us and our other brother all went hunting.

That morning I sat in my stand for about four hours. I didn't see anything, but a whole lot of squirrels.

But I heard my brother shoot about 8:00 or 8:30 and it sounded like he hit something. So when I got back to where he was hunting, he had got a nice 8 pointer. He asked me if I saw anything, and I said no, nothing.

Well he said our other brother shot too. So we loaded his deer up and went to where our brother was hunting. He was waiting on us.

He told us that he had killed a little buck. But that didn't seem right, because he would always say he got a big one. He NEVER did say he got a small buck. I knew something wasn't right.

He would always tell us a big fib. I asked him again how big it was,and he said it was small. So we walked to where his buck laid. And I said Man what a buck!! He had killed a monster 14 pointer! That deer weighed over 200 lbs. feild dressed. And it scored in the 150 range. Now that is a big buck for anybody to take.

He always told us tall tails about his deer. But finally this time he could back it up. I am sure glad he did. Well maybe next time it will be my turn. I sure hope so.
