My husband is a turkey hunter, so of course we eat Wild Turkey.
He even talked me into going hunting with him, and I managed to get myself a gobbler!
Now on with how we cook this delicious meat.

Turkey Soup

One turkey - remaining parts after removing the breast
3 or 4 carrots
1 can corn
2 onions
4 or 5 potatos
2 stalks celery
Large pot of water
salt
pepper

This is a good way to use all parts of the turkey.
Skin and cut up the turkey ( like cutting up a chicken )
Boil the back, neck, wings, and legs until tender.
Remove from broth, set aside to cool.
Dice onions, potatos, carrots, celery and along with corn add to the broth.
Continue to boil. Add salt and pepper
Debone the cooled turkey and add to the soup.

You can also add noodles, rice, or dumplings to the soup if you like.
