Chapter 6"I didn't hear you come in," AJ said wrapping his arms around Kristen and holding her close. Kristen just smiled and began kissing him. They were making out in the shower for about five minutes when AJ pulled away. "I don't think we should be doing this," he said.
"Why?" Kristen asked confused.
"Because knowing my luck your dad will decide to walk in the bathroom seeing us and then he will kick me out of my own house."
"AJ, I highly doubt that is going to happen."
"You never know. I just find it a little awkward now to being doing anything with your parents in the same house."
"Uh, this really sucks you know that?" Kristen asked and AJ nodded his head in agreement. "I can't wait until we leave for Hawaii tomorrow night for our honey moon."
"I'll be excited about that later. I'm just waiting until we say 'I do'," AJ said kissing her again. "I'm done in here so you finish up with your shower and get ready so we can get to Jane's house."
"Alright," Kristen said as AJ got out of the shower. About an hour later Kristen was finished getting ready and she went into the kitchen to see AJ and her family eating breakfast that her mom had cooked. When they were finished eating Kristen helped her mom do the dishes. Everyone got everything together and headed back to the Carter House for wedding rehearsals and to finish setting up.
"Hey Toni, can I ask you something?" AJ asked when they were finishing setting everything up.
"Sure what is it?"
"Okay, you know how Kristen wants this whole wedding like the 'I Do (Cherish You)' video?"
"Yeah, what about it?"
"Well what would make our wedding exactly like that video?"
"Um, I don't know," Toni said confused.
"How about having 98 Degrees here themselves to sing the song for her?" AJ asked with a smile.
"You got them to come to the wedding?"
"Yes I did. Do you think Kristen will like it?"
"Like it? She is going to flip out when she sees Nick singing that song at her wedding."
"Uh oh, maybe I should cancel then."
"Gees, AJ. She's not going to ditch you and go for him. She is going to love you to death for this."
"Which makes it so much better for the honey moon," AJ said with a smile.
"Okay you know what? I don't want to know a thing about what you two are going to be doing on your honey moon," Toni said walking away towards Mandy and Theresa. "Guess what AJ is getting Kristen for the wedding."
"What?" Mandy and Theresa asked in unison.
"He's getting her 98 Degrees to sing at the wedding."
"Are you serious?" Theresa asked and Toni nodded her head. "Man this vacation just keeps getting better and better."
"How are you and Kevin getting along anyways?" Toni asked. Theresa just smiled and started giggling.
"I think that's as good of an answer as you are going to get," Mandy said. About an hour later they finished setting everything up. All the flowers were white, a lilac color of purple, and a pale pretty yellow. A wide walk way was built all the way across the pool and the diving board was taken out. In the grass area an arch way was built with flowers all around it where AJ and Kristen would be wed. Purple and yellow rose petals were thrown all over the water in the pool.
"Does Kristen know about the bachelor party tonight?" Nick asked going up to AJ.
"No, I haven't said anything to her about going anywhere yet."
"Good, just tell her that we are going to a club or something without the girls or something like that."
"Okay, you guys are confusing me," AJ said. "If it's just a simple party then why do I have to lie to Kristen about it? It's not like she doesn't want me hanging out with my friends."
"Listen, just trust me on this one okay?"
"Why isn't that I don't?"
"Who knows," Nick said with a smile as he walked away to go talk with Toni.
"What are you doing after we leave here?" AJ asked going up to Kristen.
"Me and Mandy have to leave in about ten minutes so we can get to our Mainstream class."
"You staying at our house tonight?"
"Nope. Me, Mandy, and Toni, are staying at Angela's house with Theresa. You can't see me tomorrow until the wedding or it's bad luck."
"Oh, okay."
"Why? What were you planning?"
"Nothing much. I was just thinking about going out and having some fun."
"Where you going?"
"No where special."
"Okay then," Kristen said knowing that something was up with him. "I'll see you later, I have to get going or me and Mandy will be late," she said giving him a kiss.
"I'll see you when you walk down that aisle," AJ said then pulled her closer for a deeper kiss. "That's our last kiss before we are married you know that don't you?" AJ asked pulling away.
"No, this is," Kristen said kissing him again.
"Oh this is so sweet!" Mandy said going up to the two who were in a very deep kiss. "I hate to break this up but we're going to be late."
"Yeah, I'm coming. Bye AJ, try not to let my parents drive you insane tonight," Kristen said leaving. Later that night AJ drove over to Brian's house to see that Nick, Kevin, Howie, and TJ were already there. As soon as he walked in Howie handed him a beer.
"Might as well drink up. Kristen won't be too for it after you two are married."
"Yeah, right," AJ said taking a drink. A few hours had passed and everyone just sat around talking and having a good time when there was a knock at the door.
"And here comes the best part of this night," Brian said going to the door. He opened the door and two girls wearing masks and long jackets came in the house.
"What is this?" AJ asked taking a drink of his fifth beer as he looked at the two girls. He was unable to see their faces because of the masks that they were both wearing. One of the girls went and put some music on in the stereo and they both started dancing and took off their jackets and were wearing barely anything underneath.
"Hello good Lord!" Nick yelled as he checked out the girls.
"You bought some strippers?!?" AJ yelled at Brian.
"Hey, you have to have a little fun on your last day of not being tied down for good don't you?" They continued to dance some more and finally the girls took off their masks.
"Whoa!" Everyone yelled except for TJ when they saw the face of one of the girls.
"Who's that?" TJ asked Howie.
"The worst thing that ever happened to this little party," Howie said as he watched her go to give AJ a lap dance. AJ was already half drunk out of his mind and really wasn't knowing what he was doing.
"What do you mean by that?" TJ asked confused.
"That's Cassie. She used to be Kristen's best friend until she caught her and Nick screwing around, literally, in her room. It was the second time Kristen found Cassie messing around with one of her boyfriends," Howie explained.
"This can't be good then if Kristen finds out about this."
"No kidding."
"When did Cassie become a stripper?" Nick asked Brian.
"How the hell should I know but she's doing a pretty good job at it," Brian said with a smile as she took her top off.
"Hello! You have a girlfriend what the hell are you looking at!" Nick yelled smacking Brian.
"Okay this party is over," Kevin said taking charge of the whole situation. Cassie went to go kiss AJ when Kevin grabbed her around the waist and pulled her off of him.
"Hey!" she yelled at him. "Rules are you're not supposed to touch us!"
"Yeah well you're not supposed to be touching Kristen's fiance and you know that. Now both of you get out."
"Fine, let's go," Cassie said to the other girl as they got their clothes together.
"I'm calling AJ a cab," Kevin said picking up the phone. "We've all been drinking and if he doesn't show up at his house Kristen's parents are going to flip out." He handed AJ a bottle of water and told him to drink up so it would help with not having a hangover the next day. Then Cassie and the other girl walked out of the house and got in Cassie's car and Cassie drove to the end of the block and stopped the car.
"What are we waiting for?" the other girl asked Cassie.
"We are going to follow AJ to his house and have a little fun," Cassie said with a smile.
"Are you crazy? Did you not hear them talking about him having a girlfriend and her parents were staying at his house. You wouldn't get past the front door even if you wanted to."
"That's why we are just going to have to sneak in."
"I don't think so. I'll wait in the car you are on your own for this one."
"Fine," Cassie said as she saw a cab pull up to Brian's house and AJ got in. Cassie started the car again and drove away following the cab in hopes to have a little more fun that night.
