Movie!
Mel didn’t even bother to mention to Angie the next day that she ate at Pizza Hut. Angie kept on blabbing that she already had a date with a guy named Nick for the night. It was a Friday so they’d be going to see the movie Austin Powers the Spy Who Shagged Me. She's always gets the good guys doesn’t she? Well Nick probably s another one of those no good jocks so I guess I’ll let them be. “I thought we were going to see that together Angie?”
“Oh yeah sorry sis. Hey you want to come with us? I’m sure Nick won’t mind.”
“I don’t want t intrude.”
“You won’t be! I’ll call him up.” So Angela phoned him up and it was settled. The 3 of them would catch the movie.
Later that night:
The doorbell rang and Melanie answered it. “Hi I’m Nick.” They shook hands.
“I’m Melanie. Come in. My sister will be down in a minute.” He quickly smiled at her and walked in to sit on the couch.
“So you like it here in Tampa?”
“Well I’ve here all of 3 days I haven’t gotten out much, and I‘d rather be back in New York so I can’t tell you right now how I feel bout the place.”
Angela walked down the stairs in a short short skirt and a low cut shirt. Melanie sighed in disgust but Nick didn’t notice because he was staring at Angie. “Let’s go.” The hopped in to Nick’s Corvette and drove to the movies.
After the movie, as they were walking out, Nick and Angela were laughing as they remembered part in the movie. Melanie just quietly walked behind them.
In the car:
“So what did you think of the movie Mel?” Angie asked noticing she was very quiet.
“Stupid.”
“Really? I thought it was very funny.”
“That’s great Nick. It’s a movie for incompetent fools such as yourselves that’s why you think it’s funny.”
“Uh huh very funny Miss Attitude.” For the rest of the drive Mel was silent. When Nick stopped the car in front of the girl’s house Melanie quickly jumped out.
“What’s her problem?” Nick asked trying hardest not to sound rude.
“Apparently she’s not a sociable person.”
“Oh well see you around Angie.” Angela was surprised he didn’t show her to the door or give her a kiss. He just drove away. He’s not that fast of a guy but of course Angela didn’t know that.
