We believe in building a home to last while aslo incorporating excellent designs with maximum useable space. This durable builing philosophy means a great value to the buyer.
We keep the level of quality consistent on every job performed. Job site checklists are filled out and signed at five intervals during construction. These checklists help to make an efficient, quality build.
The five checklists are:
- Footing Inspection
- Foundation In-Line Inspection
- Framing Inspection
- Pre-Drywall Inspection
- Overall Quality Inspection
