Many other characters exist in the Star Wars universe. Many are smugglers & bounty hunters. But eventually, they will all have to pick sides. Will they join the New Republic and offer their services? Or join the Empire and use their resources to destroy the New Republic...
Jabba the Hutt- He was once the biggest crimelord in the galaxy. He hired the
bounty hunter Boba Fett to track down and bring back Han Solo who owed him money.
But Jabba underestimated Luke, when he came to save his friends, and was killed
by them when he tried to execute them. 
Boba Fett- Little is known about this bounty hunter's past. He wears Mandalorian
armor and has many weapons including his Blastech rifle and rocket pack. He brought
Han Solo to Jabba and was killed when Jabba attempted to kill Luke, Han, and Chewbacca.
Or so people thought. 
Mara Jade- Mara is Talon Karrade's 2nd command and absolutely hates Luke! She
once was the trained assistant of the Emperor, called the "Emperor's Hand". She
did special jobs for him and could hear his voice in her mind anywhere in the galaxy.
The only mission she failed, killing Luke Skywalker, cost her everything. Luke
killed the Emperor and few knew who she was. So she was left alone, with no one to
turn to. But now she has joined Karrade's smuggling organization and is proving
to be with a worthy 2nd in command.
