Darren shook his head wordlessly. "I think i'll be fine, Danny. Maybe it was the soup i had before"
Concerned, he looked at Darren worriedly. "Maybe you should get some sleep now" he said, motioning towards the bed. "Go lie down, and i'll ask room service to bring you up a warm cup of tea to help your stomach, alright?"
Darren nodded, trying to give him a grateful smile. "Thanks, Danny. Here's hoping the tea will help"
"I'm sure it will" he said, slightly un-convinced.
Darren slowly walked over to the bed, climbed into it and pulled the comforter over him, almost covering his face.
Daniel picked up the phone and called room service, asking them to bring up a warm cup of mint tea; Darren's favorite.
when he hung up, he looked over at Darren who's face had grown even more pale. This worried Daniel.
Then, there was a knock at the door. Knowing it was the tea for Darren, Daniel quickly opened the door, thanking the young man and then brought it to Darren who immediately accepted it.
"Dazzy, slow down, you're gonna make yourself even more sick if you gulp it down like *that*"
Darren nodded slowly. "It tastes great. You got mint, my favorite" Daniel smiled at him. "Yes, i did. I hope it helps"
In a few minutes, Darren had drank all the tea and was looking slightly better.
"Should i call the others and tell them that our show will be cancelled for tomorrow?" asked Daniel, walking over to the phone.
Darren shook his head. "No, i should be better by then. For now, i just need some sleep"
Daniel admired his attitude: so un-selfish in order to perform for all the fans tomorrow even though he was feeling sick.
"You sure, Darren? We could just cancel it"
"Yes, i'll be alright tomorrow. The tea seems to be helping my stomach alot"
"That's great to hear. Is there anything else you need before you go to sleep?"
