SSI Help!

Its very easy to use. Wanna know what it does? Most people with sites have 2 menus. One on the right and one on the left. Wish you could update your menus on all of your pages without going to each one of your pages seperate? Well now you can! Follow the instructions below:

** NOTE: When you are finished doing what this page tells you to do, don't pick preview. When you pick preview the right and left menu don't show. Click save, then go to your sites URL.**

Step 1:
Create a page named right.shtml, and a page named left.shtml.

Step 2:
Create a left and right menu for your site(which you should already have), than just cut the left menu html code, and paste it in your left.shtml page. Than cut the html code for your right menu, and paste it in to right.shtml. (Make sure the body and html tags aren't in right.shtml or left.shtml)

Step 3:
Now, you have completed the first 2 steps. Now, put the following, without the *'s, where you want the left menu to be.:(Make sure you have only this there and not the html code for the left menu under it)

Than, put the following, without the *'s, where you want the right menu to be:(Make sure you have only this there and not the html code for the right menu under it)

<*!--#include virtual="right.shtml"--*>

Step 4:
Thats it! Than when you want to add something to the right or left menu, you can update it at your right.shtml and left.shtml pages.
