A bright yellow light surrounded and blinded Bevin while an unseen energy wrapped around her body, then it faded in an instant. She looked around and could see clearly as if the light had never been there. Gasping Bevin looked down at her new attire, it was the fuku of Venus. She touched her forehead and felt a tiara on it and her heels felt like the tennis shoes that she was always wearing, She looked at Kristy in her fuku of Mercury.She also had a tiara on set with a sapphire stone in the middle, a blue skirt and blue boots. They looked like they fit her perfectly, as if she was destined to wear it....She smiled at Bevin still amazed it worked. Artemis looked proudly at both of them. Bevin's smile faded as she turned around looking for her henshin stick. "Where'd it go?" She murmured to herself. "It only appears when you need to transform and disappears until you need it again." He stated.
Bevin walked towards Kristy and felt something light bump against her waist. She looked down to see a chain made of small hearts, not linked together but somehow they managed to hold the form of a chain. Picking it up with her gloved hand, which didn't fell like she had them on. The chain felt light and solid in her grasp and she put it back on her waist. Kristy had a small hand held blue computer with the symbol of Mercury on it. She was opening it when suddenly Hang, Kaitlin and Laina appeared.
Startled and shocked they looked around in wonderment. "Where am I? I was enjoying being in Hawaii with my Korean guy enjoying our...oh...um...hey...where are we? What day, month and year is this?" Hang exclaimed looking around. "Kristy's front yard." Bevin told her. "And it's the same time frame as when you went to Hawaii, it's still 2000." Kirsty added. "Oh I see." Hang replied more calmly.
"Well, why are we here." Kaitlin asked a little mad, while Laina chimed in with a "Yeah." Hangs' brown eyes and long jet black hair swayed in the wind, while Kaitlins' green eyes studied Bevin and Kristy, tucking her chin length brown hair behind one ear. Lainas' brown eyes landed on Artemis in surprise, her wavy brown blonde hair falling forward. "Hey, why are you wearing those costumes? It's not Halloween you know" Kaitlin told them smirking.
"Yeah and why does that cat look like Aretmis?" Laina asked. "Whoa! Cool!" Hang chimed in after Laina, who just noticed them. Artemis stepped forward and bowed his head to them. He looked at Hang, Kaitlin, then Laina and said, "Moon, Mars and Neptune. We still have a lot of work to do, but you will do well. Now you should start by transforming."
The light surrounded him again but this time after it faded three henshin pens were before the girls. Hangs' had a pearl henshin pen with a crescent moon for the symbol, a pale glow encased it. Kaitlins' was red with the symbol for Mars at the top while heat emanated from it. Lainas' aqua henshin pen bore the Neptune symbol with a shifting blue green color. Each picked up their pen. They shouted out their phrases, were surrounded by light, and then stood in their fukus. Surprised marked their faces as they turned around in disbelief.
"No way..." Mars whispered astonished. Neptune started to laugh and then said, "Alright! This rocks!" Moon just stared for a moment and then yelled excitedly, "Oh my god! Oh my god!"Venus laughed with Mercury as the others walked over to them. "Pretty cool huh?" Venus grinned. "I know! I still can't believe this is real!" Neptune exclaimed. "Oh yeah! I'm the leader and the best!" Moon taunted, which earned a playful punch in the arm from Mars. Artemis stepped into the middle of the circle they had formed, he was just about to speak when...
"Kitty!" Neptune shouted with glee and grabbed Artemis. He looked at Venus beseechingly, she just grinned and shrugged non-chelauntly. "Have fun Neptune." She smirked. Neptune was busy hugging and cooing at Artemis. She was a fanatic for cats. "Let...me down...please." He said through breaths. She giggled and apologized after she sat him down. Artemis shook himself and then spoke to all of them. "Now you have awoken because of evil is approaching." "In Kansas?" Mars asked indifferently, which earned laughter from everyone save the cat who eyed her impatiently. "Yes, in Kansas." He sighed in annoyance then continued, "You five have been chosen by destiny to save this world."
