CALLING DOWN THE “REVIVAL FIRE”!

Barbara Aho
July 7, 2019

On February 22-23, 2019, the God’s Voice Conference: A Biblical Response to the Queering of the Church, was held at Faith Baptist Church in Oklahoma City. The stated purpose of the conference was to counter the false claims of the Revoice Conference for “Promoting LGBT+ Flourishing in Historic Christian Tradition” which was held in a PCA church in St. Louis in June of 2018.  Led by Nate Collins, a Ph.D. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Revoice Conference speakers promoted the unscriptural and unscientific argument that sexual orientation is predetermined by God and, therefore, gays, lesbians and transgender persons, who cannot change how God made them, have no need of repentance. For this reason, LGBT and other sexual minorities should be affirmed in their sexual orientation and received into churches as Christians with full membership privileges including leadership positions. Revoice speakers boldly asserted that LGBT “queer culture” possesses virtues and spiritual gifts that are needed in the Christian Church which has historically rejected them. A Revoice workshop on Queer Theory alleged that the “virtues of queer culture” will be “treasure” in the future New Jerusalem:

POSSIBILITY MODELS IN QUEER THEORY AND LITERATURE: AN ADVENTURE

“For the sexual minority seeking to submit his or her life fully to Christ and to the historic Christian sexual ethic, queer culture presents a bit of a dilemma; rather than combing through and analyzing to find which parts are to be rejected, to be redeemed, or to be received with joy (Acts 17:16-34), Christians have often discarded the virtues of queer culture along with the vices, which leaves culturally connected Christian sexual minorities torn between two cultures, two histories, and two communities. So questions that have until now been largely unanswered remain: what does queer culture (and specifically, queer literature and theory) have to offer us who follow Christ? What queer treasure, honor, and glory will be brought into the New Jerusalem at the end of time (Revelation 21:24-26)?”

The source of this aberrant belief is the ancient heresy of Gnosticism derived from the pagan belief that androgyny was the original state of man, of which more will be said in this report.

The stated purpose of the God’s Voice Conference was to refute this queer delusion and to provide the Church and LGBT people with the Biblical alternative:

“GOD’S VOICE will bring biblical clarity to the recent confusion surrounding the issues of ‘re-voiced’ sexuality and ‘LGBTQ+ Christians.’ GOD’S VOICE will present a biblical response to the queering of the church of Jesus Christ, in an effort to teach, strengthen and encourage believers and Christian leaders across all denominations to stand on the inerrant, unchanging and life-transforming power of the Word of God. What the church needs now is GOD’S VOICE.”

The pre-conference promotion of God’s Voice as the Biblical alternative to Revoice seemed credible and compelling. However, after viewing the live conference and doing extensive research, it was apparent there was a far different agenda than giving those trapped in LGBT+ death styles the “life-transforming power of the Word of God.”  This report will document that the well-hidden agenda of the God’s Voice Conference was to draw Christians away from sound doctrine into the same Gnostic belief system espoused by the Revoice “Gay Christian” Conference.

HEARING GOD’S VOICE

Janet Mefferd, host of the radio program Janet Mefferd Today, addressed the God’s Voice conference opening session with a message on the importance of hearing “God’s Voice” from the Bible. Her exhortation (starting at 1:24:30) was accompanied by numerous hand signs which are known in the occult world to be symbols of Satan used in witchcraft.

These were only a few of the Satanic hand signals in Janet’s opening address. The following day there were yet more hand signs.

This is not a normal hand gesture. It is unnatural and awkward to do unintentionally — 25+ times in 32 minutes.  The horned hand sign is found exclusively in witchcraft and symbolizes the Great Goat God, Pan. It is a potent weapon used by experienced witches and sorcerers to execute Satan’s agenda in this world.

The Great God Pan

Pantheism is the pagan doctrine that the universe is God and that there is no God but the combined forces and laws which are manifested in the existing universe.  Pan, the hermaphrodite god of nature, is claimed by occultists to have procreated the world.  Pantheism, as the study of the first principle of nature (PAN), is the basis of comparative religion classes.  Pantheism is also promoted under the guise ofpanentheismthat God is both in and beyond the creation. This false teaching is the springboard for introducing other heresies, such as the divinity of man and the androgyny of God. Panentheism is the religion of the Kabbalah.”  (Heeding Bible Prophecy: New Religion: Pantheism)

Occult societies communicate their secret doctrine and agenda through the use of symbols. Due to their conspiratorial nature and purpose, the language of symbols conceals their Satanic anti-Christian beliefs and practices from the masses.

“Symbols play a vital role to those involved in the New Age Movement... The symbols serve...as a form of universal language.” (76:64-5)

“Witchcraft is the exercise or invocation of alleged supernatural powers to control people or events, practices typically involving sorcery or magic.” (Britannica)

In witchcraft, symbols are also used to communicate with demons and thus have demonic power, more so if the target is unaware that witchcraft is taking place. Hand signals are used to create a ritual setting by banishing unwanted spirits and invoking evil spirits, and to conduct occult rituals during which a witch (female) or wizard (male) casts spells, pronounces curses and performs other acts of ritual magic without the knowledge of the intended victims.

“A wandless spell is a spell which is performed without the use of a wand. This form of magic can be particularly volatile, and can only be used effectively by powerful and disciplined wizards and witches. Sometimes, specific hand gestures focus the power of the spell and guide it to the target. This magic can be coupled with silent magic to cast spells under any circumstances.” (Harry Potter Wiki)

“In The Aquarian Conspiracy...Marilyn Ferguson had said that the ‘conspirators’ communicated by code words and signals.” (79:32)

These Aquarian conspirators are communicating with other Aquarian conspirators by their hand signals. They are also communicating with the demonic realm.

“Occultists the world over believe that, once a symbol is created, it acquires power of its own, and more power is generated when such symbol(s) are created without the profane [uninitiated] knowing about it. And, the greatest power of all is created in the symbol(s) if the uninitiated NEVER discover that the symbol exists.” (Masonic Symbols in their Seat of Power)

THE LAUSANNE CONGRESS & THE COUNCIL FOR NATIONAL POLICY

Janet Mefferd hosts “two nationally syndicated daily Christian talk shows: Janet Mefferd Today, airing on Bott Radio Network and other stations nationwide, and Janet Mefferd Live on American Family Radio, with a combined reach of more than 400 radio stations nationwide.”  Janet Mefferd interviews guests from organizations that represent the Religious Right, including Roman Catholic, Evangelical, and Jewish organizations. Richard and Rich Bott, who own Bott Radio Network are Governors of the secretive Council for National Policy (CNP).  American Family Radio is owned by the American Family Association (AFA) which was founded by Donald Wildmon who was on the original CNP Board of Governors and whose son, Tim Wildmon, is president of the AFA and a member of the CNP. Many of Janet Mefferd’s guests also represent organizations affiliated with the Council for National Policy.

The Council for National Policy is purported to be the Christian conservative alternative to the elite, left-wing globalist Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) which was founded and funded by John D. Rockefeller. However, on the original CNP Board of Governors there were officers of the CFR and the John Birch Society which had ties to the CFR.  Founded in 1981, the Council for National Policy appears to be a creation of the International Congress on World Evangelism, which was convened in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1974.  The Lausanne Congress was a reaction to the liberal social gospel of the ecumenical, interfaith World Council of Churches. As Christians and Christian denominations became disenchanted with the WCC, Billy Graham, a 33° Freemason, launched the ICOWE which mobilized Evangelical and Roman Catholic leaders to work together for the evangelization of the world during the early years of the new millennium.  Evangelization refers to bringing entire people groups into the Church instead of personal evangelism for the salvation of individuals:

“Evangelizationis a term coined by Harold Ockenga of Fuller Theological Seminary. As we shall discover, evangelization carries a very different meaning from the biblical command of “[doing] the work of an evangelist” (II Tim. 4:5) — the sharing of the Gospel and bringing souls into the Church until the fullness of the Gentiles is complete (Romans 11:25). The very roots/origins of evangelization are contrary to Scripture.

According to John Stott, framer of the Lausanne Covenant: The word covenant is not used in its technical, biblical sense, but in the ordinary sense of a binding contract. Anglican Bishop A. Jack Dain Executive Chairman of ICOWE stated: Lausanne is a Congress on evangelization, not a Congress on evangelism. Billy Graham, Honorary Chairman of the LCWE, explained the Lausanne Consultations redefinition of evangelism: Since the Lausanne Congress in 1974, Christians increasingly have been called upon to provide leadership in areas where they were a small minority or almost did not exist before. Evangelism has taken on a new meaning... World problems of poverty, overpopulation and the threat of nuclear war mount by the hour. The world is in desperate need of the gospel, now!

Billy Graham’s statement on a universal religion further expounded the false gospel of Lausanne’s “world evangelization” movement:

“…that’s what God is doing today, He’s calling people out of the world for His name, whether they come from the Muslim world, or the Buddhist world, or the Christian world, or the non-believing world, they are members of the Body of Christ because they’ve been called by God. They may not even know the name of Jesus, but they know in their hearts that they need something that they don’t have, and they turn to the only light that they have, and I think that they are saved, and that they’re going to be with us in heaven.

“…and the Roman Catholic Church has changed. They open their arms to welcome us and we have the support of the Catholic Church almost everywhere we go. And I think that we must come to the place where we keep our eyes on Jesus Christ, not on what denomination or what church or what group we belong to.”

HOW HEARING GOD'S VOICE REPLACED PREACHING THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST

The 1973 Lausanne Congress convened with the theme, Let The Earth Hear His Voice.”

The 1974 International Congress on World Evangelization, with 2,700 ministers and missionaries attending, opened with a multimedia production, “Let the Earth Hear His Voice.”

“LCWE issued a call in 1977 for the Consultation on World Evangelization (COWE) under the theme, How Shall They Hear?’”

In 1980, the Lausanne Committee Chairman, Gottfried Osei-Mensah, gave an address titled, The God Who Speaks at the Consultation of World Evangelization in Pattaya, Thailand. An audio-visual production, That Everyone May Hear, focused on evangelizing unreached people groups. A Latin American Christian musical was titled, That the World Hears the Voice of God.”

Is God still speaking to mankind or does the Bible contain the whole counsel of God? (Acts 20:27; 2 Tim. 3:16) The book of Hebrews begins “God who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son.  “And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.” God has already spoken to mankind--by His Son in His written Word--the good news, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Since God hath already spoken, the theme of Lausanne should have been “Let The Earth Hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ” through “them that preach the gospel”—not by hearing God’s voice:

How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” Rom. 10:14-15

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” Mark 16:16

The Lausanne Committee further modified the gospel of Jesus Christ by requiring members to sign the Lausanne Covenant which obligated them to preach and to practice the Social Gospel“that evangelism and socio-political involvement are both part of our Christian duty.” The following article of the Lausanne Covenant added a cultural mandate to evangelism.

5. CHRISTIAN SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We affirm that God is both the Creator and the Judge of all men. We therefore should share his concern for justice and reconciliation throughout human society and for the liberation of men and women from every kind of oppression. Because men and women are made in the image of God, every person, regardless of race, religion, colour, culture, class, sex or age, has an intrinsic dignity because of which he or she should be respected lueoth for our neglect and for having sometimes regarded evangelism and social concern as mutually exclusive. Although reconciliation with other people is not reconciliation with God, nor is social action evangelism, nor is political liberation salvation, nevertheless we affirm that evangelism and socio-political involvement are both part of our Christian duty.

According to the Lausanne Covenant, to “preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be savedis not the Great Commission. According to Lausanne, Evangelism + “Socio-Political Involvement” = “Wholeness of the Gospel.”

“The new International [LCWE] Director, Tom Houston, went so far as to say, ‘The Lausanne Covenant is a precious gift from God with its Biblical emphasis not only on the primacy of evangelism but to the wholeness of the gospel. We need continually to use it as a basis on which to promote cooperation and health in evangelization…’

“What must be remembered, however, is that it is the ecumenical, unbiblical concept of the ‘wholeness of the gospel’ that makes the Lausanne Covenant a springboard for all sorts of strange things - social action, feminist theology, ecumenism, charismatic confusion, compromised fellowships, unbalanced missions programs. All can find their supposed justification by quoting some portion of the Covenant....” [source: Fundamental Evangelistic Association, Lausanne II in Manila]

The Lausanne Congress brought another gospel into the Church to replace the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  All who have signed the Lausanne Covenant are bound by a contract to preach another gospel.

But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. 2 Cor. 11:3-4

Long before the first Lausanne Congress convened in 1974 under the leadership of Billy Graham, the global mission master-plan was conceived and mapped out. The Lausanne movement actually began in the 1930s in the Forest Home Christian Conference Center of Henrietta Mears and was developed at Fuller Theological Seminary. However, the global missions and prayer movement began long before, in 1846, with the Evangelical Alliance which was founded in the United Grand Lodge of England at Freemason Hall, London.  The Masonic Evangelical Alliance is the parent organization of the World Evangelical Fellowship, now renamed the World Evangelical Alliance, which serves the United Nations agenda as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Special Consultative Status with UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).”  (United Nations NGO Database)

Henrietta Mears Forest Home Conference Center in San Bernardino, CA was the training ground for the group of accepted anointed evangelists who launched the Lausanne Movement. “Accepted” is a Masonic title for the Speculative form of modern Freemasonry which is veiled by ancient pagan symbols, mythologies and rituals. Speculative Masons are initiated in secret rituals which confer occult illumination that empowers them to effect social change.

“Speculative Freemasonry, also known as ‘Accepted Masonry, ‘The Craft, or simply ‘Masonry, is a fraternal institution that seeks to provide its members with opportunities to improve their lives through the following means: the practice of esoteric initiatory rituals; the study of Masonic symbols, allegories and myths. It is called speculative to distinguish it from operative masonry, the trade of working with brick, stone and mortar. The word speculative emphasizes the symbolic and allegorical nature of Masonry, the fact that its rituals, emblems and myth must be subjected to interpretation in order to reveal their deeper meanings. While certain moral interpretations are offered in Masonic rituals, those same rituals admonish Masons to continually seek further illumination.

“The history of Masonry is ancient, both in its myth and actual history. The primary myth and symbolism of Masonry is based upon the building of King Solomon’s Temple, though in some rites there are also references to ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. In all cases, the ancient arts and sciences of building are viewed as allegorical instructions for moral and social evolution. Furthermore, these arts and sciences are considered reflections of the designs and handiwork of the Creator, which Masons refer to as the Grand Architect of the Universe (G.A.O.T.U.). Therefore, many Masons find their symbols, allegories and myth to be philosophically, psychologically and spiritually revelatory.” (Zen Masonry)

Among the accepted anointed evangelists” who were trained at Forest Home were 33° Freemason Billy Graham, who would be the Honorary Chairman of Lausanne, and two future Lausanne Committee members, Bill Bright, and his future wife, Vonette Zachary.

Dr. William Rohl Bright (1921-2003) - CNP Board of Governors (1982). Formerly fancy foods salesman. For 11 years, Bill and Vonette Bright were groomed for leadership and trained in ecumenical doctrine living in the home of Henrietta Mears, who with Charles Fuller, Harold Ockenga, J. Edwin Orr of Oxford University and Armand Gesswein worked together to establish ecumenical campus movements. Bright became the President and  Founder of Campus Crusade for Christ.” (CNP Database)

“...in 1948... [Vonette Zachary] attended a conference with her fiancé Bill Bright at Forest Home Christian Conference Center, where she prayed to receive Christ under the spiritual direction of Henrietta Mears. That same year, she and Bill were married on December 30, 1948. In 1951, the couple moved into the Bel-Air home of Mears and from there launched Campus Crusade for Christ until their move to their new headquarters at Arrowhead Springs ten years later. Bright was known for her prayer rallies, her work as the chair of the National Day of Prayer task force that helped establish a fixed day for the event under Ronald Reagan, and as a chairperson (and one of the three women on the committee) on the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization.   (Wikipedia)

According to the account given by Henrietta Mears in her book Dream Big, the accepted anointed evangelists heard ‘Gods voicebefore the fire fell from heaven with a very real vision:

As they knelt together, they were overcome by a sense of helplessness and inadequacy. They prayed on into the late hours of the night with much weeping and crying out to the Lord, confessing sin, asking God for guidance and seeking the reality and power of the Holy Spirit. At times no one prayed as God spoke to them.

Then, the fire from heaven fell, for God answered their prayer with a very real vision. Before them, they saw the college campuses of the world, teeming with unsaved students who held in their hands the power to change the world. Yes, the college campuses-they were the key to world leadership, to world revival.” (p. 281)

Bill Bright was a member of the ICOWE Executive Committee from 1972-74 and a frequent speaker at Lausanne conferences; Vonette Bright was a member of the Lausanne Committee. In 1974, Vonette was asked by asked by Billy Graham to be one of three women with 50 male Christian leaders to form a continuation committee called the Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization. “This was a great thrill for me,” Vonette said, “and I was appointed to the Prayer Advisory Group. Vonette Bright served as Chair of the Intercession Working Group from 1881 to 1990 and Chair of the International Prayer Assembly for World Evangelization, Seoul, Korea in 1994. (Lausanne Committee on World Evangelization)

An important delegate to the Lausanne Congress in 1975 was Edward E. McAteer, a Southern Baptist marketing director for Colgate Palmolive. Ed McAteer went on to found the Religious Roundtable in 1979, whose board of directors and early membership founded the Council for National Policy in 1981.  McAteers Religious Roundtable brought together the top leadership of the Religious Right and organizations such as Bill Brights Campus Crusade for Christ, Pat Robertson’s Christian Broadcasting Network, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Jerry Falwells Moral Majority, Christian Voice, the National Religious Broadcasters, the National Association of Evangelicals, Gideon Bible, Wycliffe Bible Associates, and Intercessors for America.  The Council for National Policy was alleged to be founded by Tim LaHaye, a member of McAteers Religious Roundtable, with funding from Texas oil billionaire, Nelson Bunker Hunt who also funded the Religious Roundtable and John Birch Society. Tim LaHaye was the first president of the CNP, and Ed McAteer was on the Board of Governors in 1982 with Nelson Bunker Hunt who was the third CNP president from 1983-84. Bunker Hunt was also among several principals of the Western Goals Foundation, the domestic surveillance arm of the John Birch Society.

Ed McAteer was the driving force in building the Religious Right’ coalition which formed the Council for National Policy.

McAteer signed Falwell, Robertson, Robison, Stanley and Kennedy as his big five directors. (Jimmy Carter, the Politics of Family, and the Rise of the Religious Right, p. 230)

Ed McAteer was also a dedicated Zionist. WorldNet Daily owner and CNP member “Joseph Farah said that he had never met a more fervent and zealous friend of Israel than Ed McAteer – and that includes all of my Jewish acquaintances.

“Jerry Falwell, three years before his own death, was quoted by the Memphis Commercial-Appeal as having said, ‘Ed, more than anyone else, is responsible for the emergence of the Religious Right in America. ... He encouraged me to use my pulpit to speak out on moral and social issues, and I loved and revered him.’

Falwell, who worked with McAteer and others in the organization of the former Moral Majority, once said that what ‘the press today calls the ‘religious right’ was really McAteer’s dream.’ McAteer was particularly known too as a defender of the nation of Israel.

Andy Groveman, president of the Memphis Jewish Federation, described McAteer as a close friend to the Memphis Jewish community, and his love and loyalty for the state of Israel is unequaled. Each year, McAteer organized the International Christian Prayer Breakfast in Honor of Israel, held in Memphis...

“Richard Land, then president of the Southern Baptist Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, said of McAteer in a statement to The Baptist Press: ‘Ed had a tremendous vision for an informed and engaged Christian community in the life of our nation as well as Christians’ responsibility to the state of Israel, His boundless enthusiasm was infectious and energizing. In more than four decades of ministry, I have known no one more committed to our Savior.’” (Conservapedia)

Likewise, Jerry Falwell was feted as the “Father of Christian Zionism” and recompensed by Israeli leadership for his loyal support and mobilizing Christians to champion the Zionist cause.  CNP Governor, Gary Bauer, who is a speaker for the Jewish Leadership Conference, was also at the forefront of mobilizing Christian support for Israel.

“In the 1980s, Israel’s Likud Party drew closer to the right wing in the U.S., and Falwell was a key figure in mobilising conservative Christian voters. In her book Spiritual Warfare: The Politics of the Christian Right, Sara Diamond notes that Falwell, “often through his television broadcasts and his frequent trips to Israel, played a key role in “dr[awing] evangelicals to pay closer attention to Middle East politics.

“In 1979, Israel rewarded Falwell with a private jet. Two years later, he received Israel’s Jabotinsky Award for his support.

“According to one press account, Jewish-evangelical relations had become so close by the early ’80s that, immediately after Israel bombed Iraq’s nuclear reactor in 1981, Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin telephoned Moral Majority leader Rev. Jerry Falwell before calling President Ronald Reagan to ask Falwell to ‘explain to the Christian public the reasons for the bombing’.

“Falwell also served on the board of advisors of the American Alliance of Jews and Christians, an organisation founded by Rabbi Daniel Lapin, the president of the conservative Jewish organisation Toward Tradition, and Christian conservative evangelical Gary Bauer, founder of American Values.

“This past September, Falwell’s church hosted Christians United for Israel’s (CUFI) Pastor John Hagee, who accused Iran of being behind the summer war between Hezbollah and Israel. They gave Syria 14,000 missiles and 100 million dollars, he claimed. Those missiles were given to Hezbollah. Falwell served on the Board of CUFI.” (Electronic Intifada)

Falwell was also honored with a gold medal for mobilizing the Moral Majority support for the Zionist takeover of the Middle East.

“At Mr. Begin's initiative, Mr. Falwell was honored a year ago at a New York dinner to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Vladimir Jabotinsky, a militant Zionist leader and mentor of the Prime Minister. The Moral Majority leader was among those presented with a medal for his support of Israel.”

In 2003, McAteer was Chairman of a campaign to influence the Bush administration to aid Israel in taking the land of Palestine. The One-State Solution Campaign was sponsored by a Jewish organization, Americans for a Safe Israel, and the Committee for a One-State Solution was comprised of CNP Board of Governors members Gary Bauer and Ed McAteer of the Religious Roundtable, a Pentecostal Pastor, Robert Upton of the Apostolic Congress, and Herbert Zweibon of Americans for a Safe Israel.

AMERICANS FOR A SAFE ISRAEL/AFSI

April 15, 2003

“The Religious Roundtable and the Apostolic Congress are sponsoring a grassroots campaign in support of Israel. Their respective leaders, Chairman Edward E. McAteer and Executive Director Pastor Robert Upton are helping spearhead an effort to assist Israel at this crucial moment in history. The group leads a billboard campaign that petitions President Bush to honor Gods covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The campaign reflects the growing concern within the Christian community that the road map for peace - introduced by the U.S. in conjunction with the European Union, Russia and the U.N. - will dictate the surrender of biblical lands promised to Israel - an affront to all believers.

“Thousands of bumper stickers have been sent out nationwide to communities asking that Americans pray that President Bush honor Gods covenant with Israel. The billboard campaign delivers the same message and quotes from scripture; And the Lord said to Jacob.. Unto you will I give this land (Genesis 35:11-12)

“The billboards ask that people contact the White House... and provides the web site for the Apostolic Congress - www.apostoliccongress.com. These billboards will be appearing shortly in your locales as part of a national campaign, and the bumper stickers continue to be distributed.”

The zeal of Ed McAteer and Jerry Falwell for Israel would certainly explain the fervent Zionism of the Council for National Policy, although promoting the Zionist agenda may have been a directive from the Lausanne Committee and the real reason the CNP was created.

The reader may wonder what interest International Freemasonry would have in promoting the Zionist agenda of One-State Solution and the Greater Israel land grab from the Nile to the Euphrates?  Jewish sources have revealed that International Freemasonry is being used by International Jewry to destroy Christianity.

The Jewish Tribune stated in 1927, “Freemasonry is based on Judaism. Eliminate the teachings of Judaism from the Masonic ritual and what is left?”

In his expose, Freemasonry and Judaism: The Secret Powers Behind Revolution, Leon de Poncins quoted Rabbi Isaac Mayer Wise, a pioneer of Reform Judaism in America:

“At the present time Jews and freemasons are working in collaboration throughout the whole world for the triumph of the universal revolution. The high masonic posts are for the most part held by Jews in various countries. There are lodges which are exclusively Jewish such as the notorious masonic order of Bnai Brith whose headquarters is in Chicago.

“The Jewish spirit dominates masonry and imprints upon it that anti-christian hatred the fierceness of which would otherwise be difficult to explain. Masonry everywhere upholds and defends Jewish interests.

From whence does this alliance date?... Two theories are afoot...

“That the Jews have entirely created masonry in order to corrupt the nations of Christian civilization and to propagate behind this veil the general revolution which is to bring about the domination of Israel. It is simply a tool and a means in the hands of the Jews.

“In support of this we can quote the articles of  Dr. Isaac M. Wise published in the Israelite of America, 3rd August 1866:

“Masonry is a Jewish institution, whose history, degrees, charges, passwords and explanations are Jewish from beginning to end.” (pp. 100-101)

The Council for National Policy has been highly secretive since its unannounced and anonymous founding in 1981. The abovementioned facts have been gleaned from various sources in an effort to piece together the composition and agenda of this very powerful coalition of power elites who determine the policies and politics of the Christian Right.  In the late 1990s this writer was able to obtain a copy of the official Council for National Policy Membership Roster which revealed that this well-kept secret was not a Christian organization but a consortium of 500+ high level political, corporate, military, globalist, Evangelical and non-Christian religious leaders. Unbeknownst to conservative American Christians, non-Christian, and in most cases anti-Christian, leaders in business, government and religion (Peter Drucker and Rick Warren’s 3-legged stool), were, and still are, creating the policies of the Christian Right, including foreign policy. From behind the scenes, these anti-Christian elites are directing the conservative Christian movement, as well as funding and directing a vast array of organizations and programs that are Christian in name only.

The original CNP membership roster contained detailed member profiles which provided solid evidence that prominent Evangelical leaders had betrayed the Christian Church into the hands of the Leftist globalist elites, political power brokers, corporate funders, intelligence agencies, Roman Catholic Church, Jesuits, Freemasons, Knights of Malta, former Nazis, Ku Klux Klan and cults such as Scientology, Opus Dei and the Unification Church of Sun Myung Moon who, with our Evangelical traitors, were plotting and implementing anti-Christian policies and programs which they forced on the Christian community with no information as to their non-Christian source.

Conservative organizations represented in the older CNP membership roster (1998-1999) included the Heritage Foundation, Family Research Council, American Family Association, Christian Coalition, Campus Crusade, John Birch Society, Alliance Defense Fund, National Religious Broadcasters, Salem Communications, Bott Radio Network, Christian Broadcasting Network, Accuracy in Media, Leadership Institute, Templeton Foundation, Focus on the Family, Young Life, Navigators, Home School Legal Defense Association, American Center for Law and Justice, Hudson Institute, The Conservative Caucus, National Right to Life, and many other Christian Right organizations which, upon inspection, were neither Christian nor conservative but non-Christian organizations with an anti-Christian agenda. These pseudo-Christian organizations have been collaborating with Leftist organizations such as the CFR for the past 40 years, and because official CNP membership rosters have been safeguarded from public scrutinyespecially the Christian community which they control, deceive and exploitthe current membership remains a mystery.

Many prominent Evangelical leaders were listed the 1999 CNP Membership Roster intermingled with many prominent globalists. There was even a “Rothschild” in the 1999 directory who was a Governor of the CNP in 1982, the year it was founded. There is a redacted 2014 CNP Membership Directory, in which many founding but deceased members are listed “In Memoriam” but with no profiles provided. Among these deceased CNP founding members and officers are CFR members, Ed McAteer (Lausanne), J. Peter Grace (US Pres., Knights of Malta), Jesse Helms (US Senator) and Robert Stoddard of the John Birch Society, also a CFR front. Missing from the 2014 In Memoriam listing but documented on the 1999 roster are founding 1982 CNP Board of Governors and CFR members with information on their other connections: William E. Simon (Knights of Malta), George F. Gilder (Rockefeller-funded Manhattan Institute), Dr. Edward Teller (Manhattan Project), and Guy Vander Jagt (Sun Myung Moon).

Very little is presently known about the CNP as membership directories are never published. The official Council for National Policy website boasts that it has a membership of “A Few Hundred of the Most Powerful Conservatives in the Country” who are the “Key Movers and Shakers of the Conservative Movement” with a “Vigorous Voice to influence Policy and Elite Opinion,” yet there is no factual information about the organization or its membership or member organizations presented on their website. CNP members only are permitted to log onto the website of this clandestine organization which determines the policies for the Christian Right in their secret meetings, the minutes of which are not made public.

The 2014 CNP Membership Directory contains sparse information on the members listed. This redacted directory is found at the Southern Poverty Law Center website where Christians would never think to look, which explains why only those who research the CNP history and membership realize that trusted Evangelical leaders who have a reputation as conservatives in fact conspire with CFR globalists in the secretive Council for National Policy.

Found in the 2014 redacted directory is a familiar name, Father Robert Sirico, the former radical Marxist homosexual activist priest whose Vatican/Jesuit affiliated Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty is stealthily introducing the LGBTQ Curriculum into Christian colleges and seminaries. Also a member of the CNP and its Board of Governors is John Marx Templeton, Jr. whose Templeton Foundation funds the Acton programs and other initiatives to liberalize Christianity by merging religion and government (Liberation Theology, Marxism, Social Justice); merging Christianity with world religions (Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion, control of Apologetics), merging Christianity and science through accrediting organizations (Council for Christian Colleges & Universities / CCCU). Partnering with the CCCU is the World Journalism Institute of Marvin Olasky, a former Marxist. Templeton is also funding the New City Catechism of The Gospel Coalition and Tim Keller, another former Marxist.

Past CNP President, 33ş Mason Richard DeVos, president of the Amway Corporation, served as a judge for the Templeton Prize for Progress in Religion. Other CNP Board of Governors members who served as Templeton Prize judges were William E. Simon, a member of the Knights of Malta who was Secretary of the Treasury under Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, and J. Peter Grace who was President of the Knights of Malta in the U.S. and director of Project Paperclip, the post-World War II CIA arrangement to remove classified information from dossiers of Nazi war criminals so that former SS members and 900+ Nazi scientists could emigrate to the U.S.

Also found in the 2014 CNP Member Directory are father and son, Richard and Rich Bott, of Bott Radio Network, which sponsored the God’s Voice Conference, are Governors of the CNP and Rich Bott is on the Executive Committee, Also found in the 2014 Member Directory is Paul Blair, pastor of the Fairview Baptist Church which hosted the God’s Voice Conference:

Pastor Blair is on the Board of Directors of Bott Radio in Oklahoma.  Blair is also President of Reclaiming America for Christ which is the organization founded by the late D. James Kennedy, who was also a member and Governor of the Council for National Policy. (See: D. James Kennedy’s promotion of astrology: The False Gospel in the Stars.)

Paul Blair has other CNP connections such as the John Birch Society and the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) which he has worked with and recommends on the sidebar of the Reclaiming America homepage. Paul Blair’s Fairview Baptist Church also supports the Alliance Defending Freedom as a missions organization. The Alliance Defending Freedom was originally the Alliance Defense Fund, but the name was changed in 2012. The Alliance Defense Fund was started by CNP members, Alan Sears, James Dobson, Larry Burkett, Bill Bright and D. James Kennedy. The current President/CEO is Michael Farris, also CNP. The ADF has now branched into ADF International, with headquarters in Vienna, Austria and works with the global network of Leftist human rights orgs: the United Nations, Organization of American States, Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, Inter-American Court of Human Rights, Council of Europe, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, European Court of Human Rights, European Union and the Fundamental Rights Agency.  ADF International is “accredited by the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).” The Alliance Defending Freedom is an NGO of the United Nations.

The well-concealed truth is that Paul Blair, whose Baptist church hosted the God’s Voice Conference, is not a simple pastor of a local church, but a major player collaborating behind the scenes with powerful elites such as John Marx Templeton Jr., Father Robert Sirico of Acton Institute, the Alliance Defense Fund and a host of other major players in the CNP who are strategizing to draw Christians into the New World Order and Religion.

To my knowledge Janet Mefferd has never mentioned on her radio program the very powerful, albeit hidden, Council for National Policy of which her boss, Rich Bott and his father, Richard Bott, the founder of Bott Radio Network, are members and serve on the CNP Board of Governors and Executive Committee. Nor have Janet’s guests who are CNP members or affiliated with CNP member organizations mentioned this secretive organization with its anonymous membership when interviewed on her program. Among the CNP members who have been guests on Janet Mefferd Today or Janet Mefferd Live are Ryan Anderson, Joseph Farah, James Dobson, Michael Farris, Richard Land, Paige Patterson, James O’Keefe, Tom Minnery, Penny Nance, Tony Perkins, Everett Piper, Austin Ruse, Jay Sekulow, Matt Staver, John Stemberger and Joni Eareckson Tada.

Is Janet Mefferd also a member of the Council for National Policy? Is she a covenanted member of Lausanne?  If not, will she expose these anti-Christian organizations on her radio programs?

One prominent leader of the Religious Right who has been a guest more than once on Janet Mefferd Today is Ryan T. Anderson, Heritage Foundation William E. Simon Senior Fellow, and a Roman Catholic member of the Council for National Policy. (William E. Simon was a Trustee of the Heritage Foundation, a member of the CFR and a founding member of the CNP; he was also a Knight of Malta, Treasury Secretary in two administrations, and Chairman of the Nicaraguan Freedom Fund (NFF), a fundraising organization set up in l985 by the Washington Times, which is owned by the Unification Church.)

Like the late William E. Simon, Ryan Anderson and the Heritage Foundation pose as conservatives as they conspire with the radical Left to advance the Marxist agenda. In 2017, Anderson was collaborating with the Revoice founder and president, Nate Collins, who in turn promoted Anderson’s book, When Harry Became Sally: Responding to the Transgender Moment. Particulars of this unholy alliance were disclosed in an article, The Stain of Revoice: Is Heritage Foundation Also Revoiced?” dated August 2018, by Thomas Littleton.

FRESH REVELATIONS: HERITAGE FOUNDATION AND MULTIPLE ERLC TIES TO REVOICE.

WHY ARE OUR “CONSERVATIVE” INSTITUTIONS CONDONING LGBT CHRISTIANITY?

“As the storm of protest was gathering against Revoice’s radical new language and mission in the Church, by late June the Christian tabloid, Christianity Today, was attempting to mainstream the founder of Revoice by publishing Collin’s article, ‘What Transgender People Need from the Church.’ The article reviews and promotes two books on Transgenderism, one authored by Heritage Fellow, Ryan T. Anderson, and another by SBCs ERLC staffer and clone of Russell Moore, Andrew Walker. Collins’ review promotes both books as ‘go to’ sources for this ‘compelling’ issue for the Church. Christianity Today subsequently sent out its heavy hitter, editor Mark Galli, to cover the Revoice controversy in an interview with Collins the day before the conference began – yet another attempt to mainstream the conference.

Ryan T. Anderson and Revoice Founder Collins Conference Panel Appearance

“Curious to find the depth of the ties between a Heritage Foundation William E. Simon Senior Fellow, Ryan Anderson, and Revoice founder, Nate Collins, one needed look no further than Collins’ Curriculum Vitae at SBTS. According to Collins’ CV, at the same time Revoice was being organized in St Louis and incubated at SBTS and Covenant Seminaries, Ryan T. Anderson and Collins, along with Revoice speaker Laurie Krieg, and Revoice mentor and luminary Preston Sprinkle, were presenting together in the Q Ideas Forum of progressive evangelical and Tim Keller ‘Good Faith’ pal, Gabe Lyons. According to Collins, the presentation was a panel discussion hosted by Sprinkle and covered ‘LGBT issues.’

“How much influence is the radical ‘LGBT+ Christianity’ Revoice message having on the Heritage Foundation, Public Discourse, Witherspoon Institute and other publications and venues where Anderson is respected? Is Ryan Anderson’s mentor, Robert P. George, also buying into the Revoice message? Given the exposure by the LGBT press of the close proximity of Anderson to billionaire ‘Paul Singer, a Republican mega-donor who’s supported GOP presidential candidates and LGBT rights causes,’ the revelations of subsequent LGBT associations of Ryan Anderson with Nate Collins in the timeframe of planning the Revoice Conference give rise to disturbing and lingering questions.”

NOTE: Nate Collins has, since this article, revised his Curriculum Vitae so the linked CV above does not include the Q Ideas Panel Discussion with Ryan T. Anderson, Laurie Krieg and Preston Sprinkle. Collins’ original CV is available here.

Nate Collins’ article in Christianity Today, “What Transgender People Need from Conservative Christians,” favorably reviewed Ryan Anderson’s book because it “did not rely on Christian beliefs or doctrine” but on “natural law” which is “popular in Roman Catholic circles”:

“Ryan Anderson’s When Harry Became Sally is a very different kind of book. While God and the Transgender Debate is primarily directed toward the average evangelical Christian and has a specific pastoral goal in mind, When Harry Became Sally rarely appeals to any explicitly Christian beliefs or doctrine. (Anderson’s “natural law” approach is popular in Roman Catholic circles, but it might seem foreign to evangelical readers who are used to seeing references to Scripture in discussions on theology and ethics.)

When Harry Became Sally is also far more wide-ranging in its subject matter. Anderson states that his book is ‘an effort to provide a nuanced view of our sexed embodiment, a balanced approach to policy issues involving transgender identity and gender more broadly, and a sober and honest survey of the human costs of getting human nature wrong.” And in general, I believe that he has succeeded. Anderson weaves discussions about gender and embodiment in and throughout many sections of the book, and he brings solid theological truth to bear in striking a balance between ‘essentialist’ and ‘constructionist’ accounts of gender identity. His arguments about public policy are rigorous and versatile. And he draws attention to the kinds of tragedies that can result when society loses its respect for the created constraints of human nature...

“The arguments in When Harry Became Sally are heavily documented in 28 pages of endnotes. Among his sources are newspaper articles; legal documents (including the text of actual laws); academic journal articles from the fields of psychology, public policy, gender theory, and theology; official documents from court proceedings; articles on popular websites like The Atlantic and National Geographic; and classic feminist texts (such as Simone de Beauvoir’s The Second Sex, Judith Butler’s Gender Trouble, and Kate Millet’s Sexual Politics), among many others.”

After Ryan Anderson’s duplicity was exposed, Janet Mefferd had no choice but to distance herself from her esteemed guest. Her short-lived and hardly adequate protest was tweeted in June of 2018, but then mysteriously vanished. Here is a screenshot of the cached tweet:

On February 20, 2018, prior to the Revoice conference but after Ryan Anderson’s participation on the 2017 Q Ideas Panel with the Revoice speakers, the Heritage Research Fellow criticized and piously feigned opposition to Transgender Rights on Janet Mefferd Today.

In a July 2018 article on Revoice posted on Janet Mefferd’s blog, Ryan Anderson’s name was only mentioned with no details. Missing was the account of his deception of the conservative Christian community which Janet purports to inform. (Beyond Friendship: LGBT Issues and the Next Stage of Discernment)

The Ryan Anderson / Revoice affair demonstrates how the Council for National Policy works both sides of the dialectical conflict it has created and fueledadvocating, funding and agitating both sides of every issue – conservatives and liberals – to argue and attack each other instead of exposing the power elites who are exploiting both sides to advance their globalist agenda. Divide and conquer is the strategy and modus operandi of the CNP and CFR and few people, including Christians, are immune to the dialectical process. It is important to note that the Council for National Policy and Council on Foreign Relations are, above all, fronts for Zionism. The fact that Zionism is the only issue which conservatives and liberals agree upon should enlighten Christians as to the true nature of the globalist conspiracy. To learn the Zionist plan for Christians, read: “The Jerusalem Sanhedrin Prepares to Enforce the Noahide Laws.”

The God’s Voice Conference was a total CNP production, hosted by Paul Blair, a CNP member and sponsored by Richard Bott (CNP) and Rich Bott (CNP) of Bott Radio Network, a member organization of the Council for National Policy.  Richard Bott, founder of Bott Radio and a Governor of the CNP was also a member of Lausanne delegate Ed McAteers Religious Roundtable Council. Don Wildmon, who was on the original CNP Board of Governors, founded the American Family Association, which owns American Family Radio. AFA is a partner of the Lausanne US Committee, called The Table Coalition, which was formerly the Mission America Coalition.

Janet Mefferd's employers are bound by the Lausanne Covenant which requires them to affirm the Social Gospel, “that evangelism and socio-political involvement are both part of our Christian duty.” It will be seen in the next section, that Lausanne also expects member organizations to dialogue with false religions for the purpose of legitimizing them based on common ground, or mainstreaming them as Christian religions.

The prominent Evangelical leaders who sponsor Janet Mefferd were the movers and shakers of the Christian Right twenty to forty years ago. They successfully mobilized the “Moral Majority” of conservative Christians to create the massive political movement of our day which is serving, not the Lord Jesus Christ, but the anti-Christian political and religious agenda of the Zionists. Our research on the origins and early membership of the CNP is available at these links: The Council for National Policy, CNP Member Database and The John Birch Society.

It will be seen in this report that the God’s Voice Conference was a counterfeit opposition operation, masterminded by the Lausanne-directed Council for National Policy to control and neutralize Christian opposition to the LGBT invasion of the Church. The Marxist dictator, Vladimir Lenin, revealed the tactic of these powerful globalist organizations – to control both right and left – which worked well to defeat the opponents of Communism:

“The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves.”

EVANGELICAL ALLIANCE & LAUSANNE CONTROL

OF EX-GAY FIRST STONE MINISTRIES

Working with Janet Mefferd as coordinator and speaker at the God’s Voice Conference was Stephen Black, a former homosexual who is now heterosexual, married to a woman and together they have children and grandchildren. Stephen is the Director of First Stone Ministries which ministers to homosexuals and people with other addictive and dysfunctional behaviors. First Stone was founded in 1976 as Fishers of Men Evangelistic Corporation and the name and mission was changed to First Stone Ministries in 1981.

According to Stephen Black’s book, Freedom Realized, First Stone was one of the founders of Exodus International, an umbrella organization formed in 1976 for organizations helping homosexuals exit the gay death style.

“First Stone Ministries was one of the founding ministries of Exodus in 1976. In 2008, I was nominated to serve on the Ministry Council by Alan Chambers... I became the Chairman of the Ministry Council in December of 2010.” (Kindle, 154)

According to Wikipedia, True Freedom Trust, an ex-gay organization in the UK, also co-founded Exodus in 1976.

“TFT was a founding member of Exodus International, the international arm of the world’s largest ex-gay organization, but resigned its membership in 2000 because of Exodus’s rhetoric, which they believed tended to “set people up for disillusionment’ by promising change of orientation. TFT does not generally encourage gay Christians to expect to be healed of their orientation, although it says that change is possible. Therefore, although because of its historical affiliations and its stance against homosexual behavior, it is often considered to be a part of the ex-gay movement, but this is actually not the case.”

True Freedom Trust is recommended by the Living Out organization of Sam Allberry, the Gay Anglican priest from London, England who was invited to the United States by Albert Mohler and Russell Moore to promote “LGBT+ Gay Christianity” in the Southern Baptist Convention and other Reformed churches. The Living Out conference held in in London in June 2018 was the UK’s version of Revoice in St. Louis later that year. True Freedom Trust and Living Out are members of the Evangelical Alliance, the umbrella and oversight organization for Evangelical churches and ministries in the UK.

As stated in the previous section, the Evangelical Alliance was founded in 1846 in the United Grand Lodge of England in London. The Grand Lodge of England at Freemason Hall is the mother of all Masonic lodges, the headquarters of International Freemasonry. The Evangelical Alliance would be renamed the World Evangelical Fellowship (WEF) in the U.S. in 1951 and the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) in 2001. The UK, however, still retains the name Evangelical Alliance. David, M. Howard, who was International Director of the Evangelical Alliance from 1982-1991, wrote about the founding of the Evangelical Alliance in The Dream That Would Not Die: The birth and growth of the World Evangelical Fellowship:

“It was an impressive sight. 800 Christians, who had gathered in Freemason’s Hall, Great Queen Street, London, in August, 1846, were standing to shake hands and sing the Doxology. They had just voted to establish what has been called ‘a new thing in Church history—a definite organization for the expression of unity amongst Christian individuals belonging to different churches… They called it ‘The Evangelical Alliance…’”

W. Harold Fuller, who was vice-chair of the World Evangelical Fellowship International Council, was the author of the article, “From the Evangelical Alliance to the World Evangelical Fellowship: 150 years of unity with a mission.”  This article contains the footnote, “4. Minutes of the Proceedings of the Conference held at Freemasons’ Hall, London, 1846.

W. Harold Fuller also provided other details of the history and documented the close relationship of the Evangelical Alliance and World Evangelical Fellowship to the 1974 Lausanne Consultation on World Evangelism (LCWE) and the A.D. 2000 and Beyond Movement:

“As John Stott has stated, ‘The story of the World Evangelical Fellowship, with its roots in the Evangelical Alliance (which is more than one hundred years older than the World Council of Churches), deserves to be better known.’ Billy Graham adds, ‘WEF has been a major force in uniting evangelicals throughout the world.’ (1) The evangelical movement, highlighted by the 150th-anniversary celebrations of Britain’s Evangelical Alliance in November 1996, makes a fascinating study in missiology. Its growth has been fueled by its core characteristic - the evangel, the preaching of the Gospel worldwide. WEF itself is, in a sense, the bottom line of mission: churches planted as a result of mission, forming a fellowship to help each other disciple the nations.

“In 1843 a meeting in Scotland commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Westminster Assembly issued a plea for closer unity. The same year, Presbyterian William Patton of New York wrote to British Congregationalist John Angell James, recommending an interchurch conference to outline the truths on which churches agreed.(3) A series of discussions and prayer gatherings led to a General Conference held in London August 19 to September 2, 1846. Eight hundred leaders from fifty-two ‘bodies of Christians’ in eight nations decided to form a confederation under the name ‘The Evangelical Alliance.’ The delegates agreed upon a doctrinal statement of basic evangelical views. They pointed out that they were not forming ‘a new ecclesiastical organization’ but expressing the spiritual unity that already existed ‘among all who, loving the Lord Jesus Christ, are bound to love one another.’ (4) [4. Minutes of the Proceedings of the Conference held at Freemasons’ Hall, London, 1846.]…

“In 1951 at WoudschotenNetherlands, 91 men and women from 21 countries met as the International Convention of Evangelicals. They voted to establish the World Evangelical Fellowship. (8) Two Anglican theologians, A. Jack Dain and John R. W. Stott, (9) provided a biblical outline of the threefold purpose of WEF…

“9. John Stott later drafted the historic Lausanne Covenant, 1974.

Having been founded in 1846 in the United Grand Lodge of England, which “was dedicated to the purposes of Freemasonry” in 1776, the Evangelical Alliance presently encourages member organizations to welcome sexually active lesbians and homosexuals with the expectation that they “will come in due course to see the need to be transformed.” Same-Sex Attracted (SSA) persons should be allowed to hold membership and leadership positions in member churches. As a member of the Evangelical Alliance, True Freedom Trust which co-founded Exodus International with First Stone Ministries, agrees with these positions:

“TFT is a member of the Evangelical Alliance and we hold to their statement of faith. Our beliefs align with the “Affirmations” published by the Evangelical Alliance in 2012.”

AFFIRMATIONS

“7. We commend and encourage all those who experience same-sex attraction and have committed themselves to chastity by refraining from homoerotic sexual practice. We believe they should be eligible for ordination and leadership within the church, recognising that they can bring invaluable insights and experience to the sphere of Christian pastoral ministry.

“10. We encourage evangelical congregations to welcome and accept sexually active lesbians and gay men. However, they should do so in the expectation that they, like all of us who are living outside God’s purposes, will come in due course to see the need to be transformed and live in accordance with biblical revelation and orthodox church teaching. We urge gentleness, patience and ongoing pastoral care during this process and after a person renounces same-sex sexual relations.”

Among Other Organizations recommended by True Freedom Trust is the Restored Hope Network.

“The organisations below hold similar values to True Freedom Trust. They are grouped according to where they are based.

Evangelical Alliance / UGLE

“The Evangelical Alliance is the largest and oldest body representing the UK’s two million evangelical Christians”

Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics / EA member

“Sam Allberry is a global speaker and apologist for RZIM based at the Zacharias Trust in Oxford. Sam is also an editor for The Gospel Coalition, a Guest Lecturer at the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics and a founding editor of LivingOut.org.”

Living Out / Sam Allberry / EA member

“Living Out is a ministry showing how Christians in the UK with same-sex attractions are living biblically obedient and satisfying lives.

Restored Hope Network / Andrew Comiskey, Stephen Black

“Restored Hope is an inter-denominational membership governed network dedicated to restoring hope to those broken by sexual and relational sin.”

Exodus International was closed in 2013 by its President, Alan Chambers, who decided that homosexuals cannot change. However, another agenda —“Gay rights” — may have influenced Chambers and the Board of Exodus.

“Chambers stated that his next ministry would be different: ‘Our goals are to reduce fear and come alongside churches to become safe, welcoming and mutually transforming communities.’ Board member Tony Moore issued a statement that clarified that the decision is ‘not negating the ways God used Exodus to positively affect thousands of people,’ further explaining that ‘a new generation of Christians is looking for change—and they want it to be heard.’” (Exodus International)

Following the demise of Exodus International, Stephen Black and First Stone Ministries were among the founders of Restored Hope Network:

“First Stone Ministries has been a member of the Restored Hope Network as one of the founding ministries since 2013.  Stephen Black, Executive Director of First Stone Ministries is one of the founders of the Restored Hope Network and currently serves as the Vice-Chairman on the board of directors.” (About First Stone)

“The Restored Hope Network came about quickly. We were organized as a 501c3 within months. This was truly miraculous given the hostile environment of the Obama administration. The first board of directors was voted on by all who attended the first gathering for the Restored Hope Network—about sixty ministry leaders—in Sacramento, California in September 2012. I have been so blessed to be a part of this amazing group of people.” (Freedom Realized, Kindle 253)

Stephen Black was Chairman of the RHN Board of Directors until recently and is now a member of the Advisory Council. Another member of the Advisory Council, Michael Newman, is on the Board of Exodus Global Alliance which was formed out of Exodus International in 2004 as a global network for “ex-gay” organizations and ministries. Exodus Global is affiliated with the ecumenical, interfaith Lausanne Consultation for World Evangelization.

The Restored Hope Network Board of Reference is also ecumenical, comprised of Roman Catholics including a priest; Dr. Albert Mohler and D.A. Carson, who advocates for Gay Christianity; James Dobson, Governor of the ecumenical/interfaith, globalist Council for National Policy; Dr. Michael Brown, Messianic Jewish leader and former leader of the Brownsville Revival; Steve Berger, a Calvary Chapel pastor and author of books that promote necromancy; Jim Garlow who heads a Bible study ministry to the US Congress, the United Nations, a Tanakh study in the Knesset and served on the Trump Faith Advisory Board of the White House Faith Leaders Initiative. Also on the RHN Board of Reference is Ray Ortland, a Council member of the liberal TGC / The Gospel Coalition; and Sam Storms, Stephen Black’s former pastor who is affiliated with TGC and promotes Contemplative Prayer.

Janet Mefferd speaking at Restored Hope Network’s 2017 HOPE Conference:

Also on the Board of Reference of Restored Hope Network is Dr, Melvin Wong, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is a Board member of Exodus Global Alliance. Exodus Global is “a world-wide Christian organization helping people affected by homosexuality.” Exodus Global Alliance is also affiliated with Lausanne. “The Third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization asked Exodus Global Alliance to lead a discussion on Sexuality, Truth and Grace at Cape Town 2010. The discussion considered the 155 million men and women who are involved in homosexuality in countries around the world.” (Exodus Global Alliance)

In 2009, Exodus International Vice President, Mike Goeke, in collaboration with Exodus Global Alliance submitted four papers for the 2010 third Lausanne Congress of World Evangelization in Cape Town South Africa. The theme of the papers was to impugn “Christian rules, Christian regiment, and Christian tradition” for their condemnation of homosexuality and to introduce the term Same-Sex Attracted” as a viable Christian identity.

The earliest use of the term SSA Christian and victim of the church internal talking points for evangelicals appears to be from the preparations of statements for the 2010 third Lausanne Congress on World Evangelism in Cape Town South Africa. This would place the insertion of SSA language and the emotion packed narrative in the 2009 documents for the lead up to Cape Town 2010.  The ministry to homosexuals is based on Lausanne’s partnership with Exodus Global Alliance...” (Evangelical Leaders’ New Sexual Language)

In 1980, the Lausanne Committee sponsored the “Consultation on World Evangelization” in Pattaya, Thailand. The purpose of this Consultation was to develop strategies for reaching various unreached people groups. One of those groups was called “Mystics and Cultists” and, in 1982, the Lausanne group voted to organize a ministry known as Evangelical Ministry to Cultists (EMTC). In 1984, the founders of EMTC voted to change the name to Evangelical Ministries to New Religions (EMNR), a name it has kept to the present time. EMNR represented more than a change of name, however. Evangelical Ministries to Cultists was changed to Evangelical Ministries to New Religions in order to transition the global network of “cult watch” ministries from evangelizing cults to “cult apologists” that would legitimize and mainstream cults as “new religions.” The result was to validate mystical cults as new religions, and false religions, such as Mormonism, as Christian religions. Focus on the Family, a CNP organization, played a major role in mainstreaming Mormonism—as it did in the founding and direction of Restored Hope Network, through Executive Director, Anne Paulk, former manager of the Homosexuality and Gender Department at Focus on the Family.

According to EMNR, Christians have misunderstood and misrepresented the cults and need to listen to what cult members say about their beliefs.  This, of course, would encourage reverse evangelism—cult members persuading Christians whose critical faculties have been neutralized by large doses of EMNR propaganda. The method which God gave to the Church for the salvation of lost religious persons is not dialoguing to find common ground, but has always been “the foolishness of preaching” the gospel of “Christ and Him crucified.”

For more information on EMNR, read our 4-part series on “Evangelical Ministries to New Religions.”

The agenda of the Lausanne Committee on World Evangelization is identical to that of the Evangelical Alliance and the liberal, interfaith World Council of Churches. Although the Lausanne Movement and the Evangelical Alliance claim to be ecumenical, both promote interfaith dialogue to find common ground and consensus among religions.

“One of the great hallmarks of the Lausanne Movement is its desire to transcend issues which have divided the church and find our deeper unity in the core Gospel message. The Lausanne Movement is simultaneously an evangelical movement as well as a profoundly ecumenical one. As part of the ecumenical movement, Lausanne stands in the tradition of the World Evangelical Alliance and the World Council of Churches.”

In April of 2017, a gathering of fifty prominent but mostly anonymous liberal Evangelicals met at Wheaton College to discuss the future of the Evangelical movement. The meeting was convened by Doug Birdsall who was Executive Chairman of the Lausanne Committee in 2004 and is currently Honorary Chairman of the Lausanne Movement. The topic of the meeting was “the 2016 election and the role that white evangelicals played in electing Trump.”  Marxist ideologue and co-founder of The Social Gospel Coalition, Tim Keller, was a speaker who lamented the worldliness and disunity of the Church which he has caused in large part with his social gospel.

As the country has become more polarized, so has the church, and that’s because the church is not different enough from modernity. There’s now a red evangelicalism and a blue evangelicalism.” (Religion News)

Also in attendance was Trillia Newbell, director of community outreach for the Social Gospel preaching, Marxist-leaning Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention.

The fruit of Lausanne was the liberalization of Evangelical Christianity. This ambitious agenda would take decades to achieve because it required carefully manipulating Christian opposition to theological liberalism. It was accomplished by creating a movementthe Moral Majority that would be controlled by preachers of theology, family values and conservative politics to whom born-again Christians would flock and loyally support while the cultural Marxists were pulling the rug out from under the American family, Church and government. Behind the backs of this ever trusting Moral Majority, the Council for National Policy was founded by conservative-sounding but liberal-minded Religious Right and Lausanne leaders and members of the Marxist Council on Foreign Relations. All parties, except the Moral Majority, had learned from the Communist Lenin, “The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves.”

Stephen Black wrote, ”Since its founding in 1976, First Stone Ministries has been an independent nondenominational, Christ-centered, para-church organization.”

The above documented facts reveal that Stephen Black’s First Stone Ministries has never been an independent ministry, having co-founded Exodus International in 1976 with True Freedom Trust, a member of the Evangelical Alliance, with Stephen serving as Chairman of Exodus International’s Ministry Council. First Stone Ministries also co-founded the Restored Hope Network, of which Stephen served on the Board of Directors and is now on the Advisory Council of RHN. Restored Hope Network has numerous ecumenical ties including Exodus Global Alliance and True Freedom Trust, and by extension the Lausanne Movement and Evangelical Alliance. In stark contrast to the stellar image Stephen Black has portrayed of First Stone Ministries are the facts. Stephen Black and First Stone are deeply embedded in the ecumenical, interfaith Masonic-controlled networks of the Evangelical Alliance and the Lausanne Movement.
