My Custom Grand Champions

Bold Impression

Here is my gorgeous Appaloosa stallion, custom painted for me by Neena Bickram of Whimsy Stables, and owner of The Grand Champions ID Site. This stallion was one an old and beat up Dancer but who is now as you can see a very flashy appy stallion.

Rahne & Dante

Here is Bold Impressions mate, Rahne, a beautiful varnish roan appy mare and their foal Dante. After receiving Bold I couldn't stand just having one, so I had Neena make a family for him. For more info on them on Neena's site right here.

And here is a pic of the whole family!

On Broadway

This beautiful Arabian/American Paint Cross Mare is named On Broadway. She was also created for me by Neena, and to read more about them please visit her site :)

UR Gonna Impress aka Diego

Here is a custom that doesn't belong to me, although it did stay with me briefly. I had Neena paint this model for me as a birthday present for my best friend Sara. It is modelled after her real Appy, Diego who she just loves to pieces. She had told me she always wanted a model horse that looked just like him, and who better to be able to do that than Neena? :) Another job well done. To see more photo's of Diego go check him out on Neena's site.

Custom Foals

I was always bothered that the 1998/1999 horses didn't have foals, so I asked Neena to customize me some so that these families were complete and here are the wonderful results :)

1998 Foals

Here are the four complete 1998 foals. On the left is Cosmopolitan and Prestige. Cosmopolitan is Tokyo Pride and Mon Cheri's foal, who Neena did as black going grey, and has lovely white speckles like his parents and is wonderfully shaded. Prestige is Pure Brilliance and Perseverence's foal, who looks alot like mom and was long in a beautiful cremello, and even has a white stripe down her face. The picture on the right is of Great Expectations and Oasis. Great Expectations is foal to Tried and True and Smooth Moves (I still need to find this daddy! anyone has one please email me.) and is done in a dark chestnut which one tiny white foot marking. Oasis is another foal who took after mom, and is foal to Outstretch and Slide Rule. The foal in the bottom picture is named Last Dance and is the Dutch Warmblood foal who's parents are Escapade and Duchess. She is the last foal to complete my 1998 set as my 1998 Clydesdales adopted the orphan twins Serenity and Tranquility and I felt they did not need any other foals.

1999 Foals

These is the complete 1999 set of foals. On the top left is Tequila and Ever After. Tequila is the foal to Bolero and Maraschino. He has lots of white splashing up onto his belly as well as having a white stripe on his face that extends to cover his mouth. Ever After is foal to Ludwig and Blyth Spirit is a beautiful colour with very slight shading and colour variations. On the top right is Sascha and Flyer. Sacha is the foal to Rasputin and Nikita, and is done in a beautiful steel grey with four white feet and a stripe. Flyer is the foal to Boomerang and Waltzing Matilda and I must say probably my favourite out of all of them, which I'm sure looking at them you can tell is not an easy decision. She's got light flecks all over her coat as well as a dorsal stripe and zebra leg markings, and is much nicer than her parents, I think Alpha could take a few hints from Neena :P In the bottom picture Drummer is on the left who is obviously Timpani Drum and Miss Maggie's foal and Minuet is on the right who is the foal of Waterloo and Bruchette. To see more pictures of the foals please check out the 1998/1999 sections as I have put pictures of them with their families there, as well as personal pictures of the foals individually.

Arden

Here is Arden, the one and only custom I have who was not personally painted for me. Arden was a custom that Neena did, I assume for herself, but due to space restrictions she had to sell her and I figured what better place than my herd? :)
