Superior Solid Surface Exclusive Ten Year Limited Warranty

For a period of ten years from the date of purchase, Superior Solid Surface, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship, and fit for the purpose intended when installed in accordance with our instructions.

Any Superior Solid Siurface product found to be defective by an authorized representative of Superior Solid Surface, Inc. will be repaired or replaced by Superior Solid Surface, Inc.

This warranty does not apply to products moved from their original installation or products that have been modified, damaged, or abused.

Superior Solid Surface, Inc. shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damages caused, in whole or in part, by any defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or imitation of incidental or consequential damages and therefore the above might not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
