This is a quick overview of what we do.

1. We are a software and book review service. We email out thousands of reviews each month to over 22,000 newspaper and magazine publishers and publish all reviews on our web site. When you become a reviewer we will send you the address of our web site where you will post your reviews.

2. We always need PC and Macintosh users to write simple reviews of new software titles and books.

3. As a new reviewer for Editor's Choice you may review any software or book title or consumer product under $300. (the $300 limit only applies to consumer products). This means that you can request a review copy (through us) of any software package or book from any publisher found on the Internet or in any retail store and have it shipped to your home. The publisher pays the shipping charge. The same goes for a fiction or non-fiction book. You write the review, email it to us and keep the review title for your own use.

.4. We don't maintain a list of available software, book titles or consumer product you can review. This is impossible since you can request any title from any publisher or manufacturer.

5. You purchase a package of review forms which we have been using for two years and are proven to get review copies shipped to our review writers. See our main page or the order page for the different combinations of request forms available.

6. If you request a title that the publisher fails to send to you for any reason after 30 days we will replaced that request form free of charge and mail it to you if you follow our replacement form policy.

7. This process works for two reasons:

    A. Publishers love to receive publicity on their products which are high margin products. Thus they will ship review copies out to established news agencies and their writers.

    B. Magazine and newspaper publishers are always interested in receiving low cost reviews of software and books that they can publish for their readers. They pay us their standard rates for our reviews. We are a very high volume review house.
