We need to choose a pose now, so click on your right panel where it says "Figures". Choose "Poses".

Now you can choose from any pose you like. For this tutorial, since we're working together, lets choose "In Between Arabesque" from the "Dance Sets" category. Just double click on the pose to apply it.

Now you'll notice when you applied this pose that your character jumped out of her dress and is now dancing around with the orange dress stuck to her backside. LOL!

Now we need to pose the dress so it will fit again. Under your picture, you should have to words with arrows next to each. The first one is "Figure1" and the second one is "Main Camera".

Click on the arrow next to "Figure1". A menu will open and give you a choice of "Figure1" or "Figure2", you want to choose "Figure2" (this is your dress).

Now make sure that below your picture it says "Figure2" and "Main Camera".

Double click on the same pose that you applied to your figure. If you dress looks like a dog chewed on it, like mine does,

just choose the part of the dress that needs to be fixed, (in this case the right thigh) and play with the dials on the right until it looks correct. Make sure that you still have "Figure2" selected before you touch the dials. Below your picture should look like this:

Here are the dial settings I used:
