IF and WHEN San Miguel expatriates are involved in a controversy in which differing opinions can be expressed in this paper, this page will be dedicated to such a controversy (as in an "op-ed" page).

Why do so many San Miguelenses feel free to criticize but are unwilling to do more than just that?  Some such people seem to feel it is always some other person's job to fix things.   What can be done to change this somewhat?
