His epics span incredible lengths. But as hundreds of pages have passed, you scarcely notice, so enthralling are these books. They become obsessive :O You begin to neglect everyday life so you can read the wonderful Sword of Truth novels- or epics. He can write endlessly (his largest book almost 1000 pages- really-) and it's great because this is what reading supposed to be- great, exciting, absorbing, unrealistic but awesome. They kick ass. Terry Goodkind is just filled with stories, each of them bursting with creativity, imagination, colorful characters, elements made his own unlike anything else in stores. |
