lunch with max, part one.
the journeyenter the eaton centre. down, down to the depth of the beast. past talbot's, gap, and of course potterybarn. and the south food court. continue underground... south. into the bay. marching through towels and cookware on my way to lunch. turn right, toward the dreaded bay street. this is where the world changes. i don't belong here. (neither does max). suddenly i'm passing by watch stores, high class tailors, and such things. food courts catering to people in and out of roy thompson hall.
you don't need a jacket to get from eaton centre to union station, or almost all the way to the CN tower. what is this a sign of?
continuing past food courts (3 more), a scotiabank that looks like the entrance to a theatre, and of course, luxury cars. finally i arrive at the first canadian place, main lobby. k. find timothys. nope wrong building, you want 1 first canadian place. that way, main lobby. one building 2 addresses, 2 main lobbies.
*sigh*
