come on strong? in what sense? not that i know of...but it's hard to say for the posse because we're a little odd (in a good way, of ourse) and our opinion of coming on strong might be different from other people's.

you had problems with your back?

shoulders? bah? i'd say hugging is more in the arms. my muscles need some exercise too....and i mean literally as well (gotta stop being such a lazy bum). come get a hug.....but....so far away....

Don't worry, you will all be making good use of your shoulder/arms while I'm home...I need to make up for lost time. And you know I use your ears (or eyes, I suppose) whenever I need to. No, Dave, I don't think you come on strong.I didn't really know you that well at the beginning of the year, but I always thought you were a cool person and there was never a point where that went away. And yes, I suppose men do need to stop sucking. Although women should stop encouraging them as well by being all stupid and girly and cosmo-esque. Although I suppose that whole thing is spearheaded by men. So yeah. What in particular provoked that?

Couldn't agree with you more Dave. Us guys need a bigger lease on our hormones... and on everything else for that matter. You wouldn't believe some of the assholes I seen up here. No wonder I tend to get along better with girls.

Speaking of which, does anyone think guys tend to get more "turned on" by girls, or vice versa? It seems to be the former where I'm at.

I am TIRED of this neo-feminist, female chauvinist buzz phrase: men suck. I do not suck. Some men suck, just as some women suck. A lot of men don't suck, and a lot of women don't suck.

wow. that was weird. I thought I was reading lucas's blog, and he was all, c'mon and get a hug, my heart needs exercise, and I was thinkin, lukie's not doin too good. But it turns out it was you, so there's much less cause for alarm. Cause Dave's a sensitive modern kinda guy. Well that's a relief.

I think its an age group more than the whole gender that sucks . . . no that can't be right. Maybe some kinda of cultural demographic. I mean, the guys I know don't suck. And they cover a pretty wide range. I mean, some of them are as different as, well, Dave and Luke.

If this comment doesn't get posted it's all dave's fault, however.

yes, some women do suck. and finbar, some feminism is needed because things still aren't perfect. it has its limits, yes, but that doesn't mean it doesn't do any good.

My appologies. Dave's post was in reference to my angry blog. I realise that no, not -all- men suck, but when you get fucked over as many times as i have you start to generalise and become bitter. And no, i -dont- put myself in these situations. People just like to eat up all the good i offer and refuse to give any back. Not that i'm complaining...because Dave is not a psychic-vampire.

I am a feminist. I'm all for feminism. But I'm an anti-NEO-feminist.
Feminists believe that males and females are equals and should be treated as such.
Neo-feminists think that women are superior.
