Science of sleep

my review of the science of sleep:
worst movie of this year.
and to combat what im sure will be a rebuttal to this, I have prepared some debating points.

"its a smart movie"
no its not. at best its pretending to be a smart movie to cater to the pretentious psuedo intellectuals - the people that liked donnie darko- "oh its indie? it has a dude with an accent? the dialogue is terrible? this must be good".

"it is good because it is a romp through his perception"
why would i care what a half retarded, pyschotic goes through every day. his story was NOT interesting. They intentionally made it so the viewer cant descern dream and reality after a while. and thus, the view is like, "hmm i cant percieve which reality this is...it must be a smart movie". let me fill you in. the basic plot is what a loser he was. maybe thats for some, but not for me.

"It was composed and shot in a brilliant manner"
...stop animation? me, hacas, and matt mellin did that when we were 10.

"it was very funny and cute"
who the fuck cares. there are much funnier movies, and much cuter stories as well... like a still image of a penguin.

"the ending was brilliant"
you deserve to die. it answered no questions, left no kind of resolution, and im sure gave all you pseudo-intellectuals a huge boner because you couldnt understand anything that just happened in the last two hours. it just made me want to demand my money back.
