The following are pictures taken on Kevin's Digital Camera from
his trip to Wisconsin on the Saturday night following a Appleton East loss.
There are also captions made by Kevin himself. More pictures may
be added in a little while when the official dance pictures are given to
Maddie and Kevin's share of them are mailed to him.
This is Maddie. She's nice for a Wisconsin liberal, heck, she'd
be nice as a Wisconsin conservative. This is also the first time anyone
has seen me in my gold tie. The tie is really awesome, but Maddie
was actually better than the tie. She's better looking too.
I'm pretty sure Julie took this photo of us, the idea was to get our
faces in the picture, not half of hers and my jaw. Oh well, oh, let
me tell you about the flowers. Julie and Maddie pre ordered them
for this night. Well, it's a good thing Maddie called to wake me
up at 0700. They had lost the order and had to make them while we
waited. It didn't take too long, but we got a free rose. The
rose was sent to her grandmother. Apparently, a man came in the day
before and went nuts because his order wasn't ready. Our patience
pleased them and we got a free rose and a discount on our fresh flowers.
If you're ever in Appleton and need flowers, go to Riverside Florist, they
are really very nice.
This is an awful picture, and whoever took this should be shot, well,
not fatally, I think it was Katie's dad and since I don't want to threaten
anyone, let me re-word myself. Whoever took this picture should take
common sense lessons to know that pictures should only be taken when the
people are smiling and ready for a picture. Oh well, nobody is perfect.
After we left Katie's house, we went to this nice restaurant called
Good Company. The only thing I can compare it to would be, well remember
when that old train station was changed into a Pizza Place and there was
a video rental place in it? Well, it was like that, sort of a New
England style. Very nice place. I don't know how crowded it normally was,
but it was packed that night because everyone and their date went there
to have a formal dinner before homecoming. I don't even know how
formal this place was normally.
