Personality:
At first glance, many people see Justin as quiet, dark, and brooding. Once people get him to open up (that alone takes a lot of effort), people are surprised at the person that they see.

Background:
Justin was born into an upper-middle class family in Chicago. He had a normal upbringing up until the age of four, when he began taking piano lessons. His first piano teacher often said that it looked like something changed in Justin the moment he first sat down at a piano. He learned quickly and spent most of his childhood on a piano bench. He had few friends growing up and only one or two that really stuck around through high school. Justin's parents support his music and were just as upset when he was denied admission to Juilliard.

Justin wanted the best for himself and because he couldn't go to the best music school in the country, he decided not to go to music school at all. He is a music major at Dumont and knows that he will probably leave his piano professors dumbfounded at his ability, but the perfectionist that lies within won't let him settle for second best.

Justin is looking for a few friends and perhaps a few relationships, hoping to stretch beyond the realms of the other "music kids." People who approach him are sometimes discouraged by his simple small-talk and one-word answers, but those who dig deeper are surprised to find an intense young man looking for friends, fun, and a deep conversation from time to time.
